The central heating in the apartment I was in this time, was different to previous time, and a bit tricky to set. However, the staff came round quickly and helped to solve the problem so the apartment was warm and cony during a cold Scottish winter.

I have stayed here a number of times and love the central location with a variety is shopping, bars, restaurants and public transport near by. If you want a quiet night in, the living area is bright and comfy and the kitchen is well equipped making cooking easy. I would book again without hesitation.

Needs a little maintenance, ie some light fixtures were damaged. Mattress was a bit worn out.

Duty manager didn't always answer phone, though it was Christmas so that may be why, but when things needed addressing, we couldn't deal with them straight away. Eg. wifi didn't work in one of the three apartments we had booked for our family and couldn't get it resolved for four days.

Amazing location, lovely apartment with everything we needed for a 10 day stay. Comfortable beds and couch. Good heating (went in winter). Parking also included.

WiFi was quite unreliable at times, and the pillows too thin for my liking. However, that may just be personal preference.

After a mishap with the accommodation midway through our stay, staff at Dreamhouse were so quick to step in and resolve it for us, despite it also being outside of business hours. Their attention to detail, communication abilities and care factor are my primary reasons for providing a 10/10 score, however don't let that diminish the quality of their apartments! You have everything you need on hand to give the impression you are staying in a home away from home. Having access to cooking facilities was a big benefit for such a long stay, as it meant we weren't needing to eat out each day. Thanks again and I'll definitely be keeping you in mind for future long term visits to Glasgow.

The apartment was clean and well maintained. It had all the required facilities for cooking, washing and cleaning dishes. We stayed for 11 days and it went so smooth. Big plus point is the location - it’s so near to the Glasgow city center, Merchant City and all the major shopping areas and restaurants. The support staff were great. Overall, we had an amazing stay at this property. We’ll stay at the same place when we come back again to Glasgow.

The property was clean & tidy. Location was perfect, especially as I was born in Ingram Street & lived at The Central Fire Station (where Swadish is) till I was 20.

It is not in quite area. I hade difficulty to have deep sleep. The bed frame was the same level of mattress which wasn’t comfortable when getting up and setting on the side of the bed.

The property was clean and equipped with all the kitchen and essential appliances. The location is fantastic near the centre/shops and there is Sainsbury and cafe just under the building. The check in was easy with friendly staff.

Kitchen facilities were good with basics, but was lacking chopping boards and spoons for cooking/serving.

A great apartment in a central location. Spacious bedrooms and good-sized bathrooms. Was nice to have an en-suite in the master bedroom. Kitchen was great with good facilities. Host was very helpful and quick to respond to messages.

Great location and lovely view.It was right in the centre of Merchant City and was not particularly noisy.The car park was covered and convenient and the lift excellent.The decor was great and the apartment was well equipped and spotless. Lisa was easily contactable and helpful on the phone and Pamela who looks after the apartment was absolutely lovely.Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in the centre of Glasgow for a short period.

Stayed at these apartments 4 times this year and always find them well kept and equipped. The central location is great and has easy access to transport, shops, and food and drink establishments. Would book again for future stays in Glasgow.

The bed was a small double when there was plenty of room in the bedroom for a larger bed. The apartment was expensive by our standards but so was everything else in Glasgow.

Great place to stay. It is central location makes it easy for getting around Glasgow by foot or public transport. The flat are clean and well equipped. I have stayed in these apartment on my last 3 visits to Glasgow and will use them again for my next visit.
