The room would get really hot even with the window and it's quite small.

Bed was too narrow for 2 people (estimate 1,2 m width). You could hear people arriving early in the morning, late at night, see the lights in hallway through the door. The right window blind couldn't be completely closed, there was a gap of about 30 cm, so it was fairly bright in the morning in the room

The location was perfect, very close to tube, good choice of restaurants nearby, M&S, Paul... Check in and out was easy, well explained in mails. Bed is/ would be comfortable for 1 person but far too small for couple. Room 8 downstairs was good for us, not too hot (mid Sept) we could open the window. Shower/bathroom was fine

There was only one window which we couldn’t leave open during the night for safety reasons and it was incredibly hot inside because of that.

The bed was quite comfortable and the small shower gels which smelled very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed — all appliances worked perfectly and were of good quality. Even though the windows face the railway line, it was absolutely quiet, even with the windows open. The neighborhood itself is calm and peaceful, just a short walk to the underground station, with shops nearby and very easy access to the city center.

The flat was quite small. It also could do with some chairs. It’s a bit strange that there are cooking facilities but not a chair or table, so you basically have to sit on your bed to eat food. Yes, the apartment is small, but it can easily fit some fold up chairs and a small fold up table. These items can be placed in the gap between the wardrobe and the wall. It was unfortunately quite noisy at night time. The guests in the flat next door decided to sit outside and chat, and I could hear them directly in the flat. When they had the lights on in the kitchen they would completely flood the flat with light. It’s lucky that I always pack an eye mask and ear plugs. There is no aircon. It was a very hot day. I had the window open (it only opens a little) and the flat was swelteringly hot. I didn’t get good reception with my phone. I’m with 02 and it was probably their fault, but to get reception I had to sit outside.

This was a lovely flat. Everything in the flat looked brand new. I loved it that it had its own front door, so it was very private. The shower was amazing and very powerful. It was very clean. I loved it that I could log onto my own Netflix on the television.

Size a bit small but that’s not unusual for London. It is warm in the summer as other reviewers mentioned, but you can open the window for some circulation and it was tolerable for us. Downside of that is you can hear the underground trains going then. Bathroom compact, but very good water pressure on the shower.

Very good location. close to Tube station. Plenty of dining options around including M&S and Co-op for the odd groceries. Basic kitchen facilities to make drinks and some cooking.

Any negatives were clearly stated in the description, so I knew going in that there is no elevator or air conditioning, therefore I cannot complain. But being on the top floor in summer was uncomfortable. They do provide a fan but it really wasn’t enough. My room on the first floor was much more comfortable. So if you have difficulty with stairs or are sensitive to heat, it may be a problem. I did request to be in a lower floor for my second stay, which happened, but requests cannot be guaranteed so just keep that in mind if visiting in the summer. The positives greatly outweigh the negatives.

I stayed here twice in a short time frame as I went in and out of London. First stay was on the top floor (4th floor/5th for Americans) and second was on the first floor (second for Americans). Communication before and during the stay was excellent. All questions were answered promptly and instructions for checking in and out were clear. The location is excellent. Easy to get to by Tube from Heathrow airport and the Earls Court station is just a couple minutes walk away. From there you can get anywhere in London, often without needing to change lines. There is a grocery store at the end of the road and many restaurants nearby. The area felt safe. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I would not hesitate to return here the next time I am in London.

It is a very clean, comfortable apartment located in the heart of London. Easy access to keys to check in and out and nice and quiet when moving around the apartment. Everyone is respectful of one another.

Absence of AC or even a fan makes it unbearable in warmer weather. Keeping the window open feels a bit unsafe with proximity to other rooms and street. There was also a noisy power generator (street works) operating outside for the whole night.

The size of the double bed, it was narrow for two people. in the apartments on the last floor be aware that there is no A/C unit and it can be very hot if the temperature outside is high.

Unfortunately stayed on the top floor and it's very hot during the hot weather. They do provide you with a fan, which was the only way to sleep at night, but was sweating trying to get ready.. And going up 4 floors of stairs is very demanding, but great to burn calories I must say.

Like many of the reviews for this property, the lack of aircon is a major downside, especially as we visited on a very hot weekend. I'd say the Management should invest in getting aircon units installed, up the prices by 3% and it'll have paid for itself relatively quickly, and the reviews will reflect this too. An easy win-win! Other than that, the bed being against the wall made it difficult for the person on that side to get in and out during the night, but the space probably doesn't allow the bed to be positioned elsewhere. A minor inconvenience. The wifi was patchy, especially in the evening, which was a bit disappointing.

Apartment was fine for a couple. Reasonable kitchen, decent shower/toilet, and spacious enough overall. Bed was very comfortable once you were on it. The building itself is very nice, in a decent street, and with good security in place, in terms of codes to get in.
