The hosts were super friendly and helpful, they saw my car, phoned me and guided me to the car park which is opposite the B&B and very convenient. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, had smart TV's in every room, a lovely sitting/dining room and is pet friendly ( I don't own a dog but really like them, very civilising influence ). The bed was super comfy ( I was very tired after a long drive and sunk into it ), the rain shower, powerful, my request for a cool room was noted, the radiator had been switched off and I could actually open the windows to cool the room further. The breakfast was superb with delicious creamy yoghurt topped with granola and blueberries, cereal, warm freshly baked pastries, freshly cut bowl of fruit ( without oranges - perfect! ) tea/coffee, jam, butter and refills of coffee and tea. All served either in your room or in the lounge with a view of the seafront.

My room had a great view out to sea. A lovely breakfast on a tray was provided to have in bed. Kelly who runs a beauty and massage business nearby provided a really relaxing massage at the hotel..

A really lovely venue, and very friendly and attentive hosts. The rooms are very clean, not too hot, airy, coffee machine, and a splendid continental breakfast in bed. Very easy to check in and check out, and the Easter egg was a very generous treat. Great location too.

We could have got a better deal booking direct. We booked on line which was more expensive.

Everything was fantastic. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Breakfast which we had in the lounge had a lovely sea view. Location was perfect and parking was directly across the road. We thank Richard and Mark very much for making our stay so relaxing.

The lounge area was lovely and beautiful place to sit. Would have been even better if there was a tea or coffee machine there to use and socialise rather than taking it from your rooms. I know it’s an extra cost but would be happy to pay if it was offered

Nothing . The bathroom was a little small but as expected from a single room.

Everything was exceptional. It is beautifully decorated and clean . Mark and Richard were super friendly and eager to help . They left me a gorgeous little note welcoming me to stay as I checked in and when I needed my wine chilling they brought me a champagne bucket full of ice . I’m not sure that there are images of the lounge area on this listing but it’s a good size, smart with a fridge for your bottle of wine , wine glasses to use and big sofas to enjoy a sea view from . I enjoyed this facility when I stayed . It is immaculately clean and a lovely continental breakfast the following morning whitch I could have in my room if I wished so . It’s a stylish place situated opposite the beach with good close by facilities. The town centre is half a mile away and the harbour on the corner opposite two great chip shops, if you want a traditional seaside tea . I could not fault it . Lovely 🥰
