The location was really good in a quieter part of Eastbourne but walking distance to town. Very clean and comfortable view from our room was wonderful. Amenities in the room were of a high standard and breakfast was superb with many choices.

We had a wonderful stay at Ebor Lodge, a charming B&B ideally located right opposite the beach. Pascal and David were outstanding hosts – warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our visit. Our room (Room 3) was beautifully kept and featured a lovely balcony, perfect for enjoying the sea air. Breakfast was excellent, with a generous buffet selection and the option to pre-order a delicious cooked breakfast. Everything about our stay was comfortable and relaxing. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend Ebor Lodge to anyone visiting the area.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at Ebor lodge and I wouldnt stay anywhere else while visiting family in Eastbourne. The room is very clean and comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast in the morning is plentiful.. there is a cold buffet of juices/cereal/fruit/pastries etc and the night before you choose what you would like for hot food... I always choose the scrambled egg and salmon on toast.. delicious. You always get a warm welcome when you arrive and leave and someone is always available if needed. 10/10 again Ebor Lodge

This gem of a B&B was fabulous! We wished we were staying longer than 1 night. Everything is spotlessly clean, anything you could possibly need has been thought about. This place is such good value for money! David was very welcoming and explained everything we needed to know. Finally, the breakfast was 10/10! I have been lucky enough to stay in some 5 star hotels and I have to say, my cooked breakfast was far superior! Thank you for such a lovely stay 😁

A wonderful stay, dapper rooms, very clean, the lounge shipshape. The extensive breakfast was offered with cereals, small cake selection, fruits as a buffet. A choice of hot breakfast main courses and Toast. The breakfast was very delicious a perfect start to the day. My single bedroom was cosy.

I did not realise that we were on the second floor which made it a little difficult with our luggage. However, had I chosen an upgrade when booking we would possibly have been on the first floor. Room was quite small but still good value for money for what we paid.

Breakfast was excellent. Hot breakfast well presented and a good selection of cereals, fruit, yogurt etc. Room was very clean with tea and coffee making facility and toiletries in the bathroom.
