Bathroom was quite small, difficult to move around in but for value for money wasn’t unexpected.

Great location, felt very safe in the neighbourhood and near major train and tube stations. Beds were comfortable and good facilities with the kettle, tea and coffee, TV, towels and room service. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a hustle to get to the bathroom bc it was a shared one in the first floor and I was in the 4th floor

It was as described. I got a cozy room on the top floor and I got a faucet in my room.

Lots of noise..especially at night from above.. banging n scraping across the floor so not much sleep.. The taps...light fittings were all loose and the handles on both bed side cabinets were broken and the bed was very lumpy..the cleaners left the window wide open all day/night..my belongings on show..great for opportunist thieves.. also i gave permission for them to clean my room whilst i was present..but they insisted i had to leave...even tho i had no plans to go anywhere on the day!! so i was quite offended by this. And it didnt look any different on my return..except for fresh towels..altho i would stay again..if i ever return.if only for the location..all i will say is I've seen worse !

Would Not be everyones cup of tea.. but was all i wanted..place wasnt bad..but was not good either. but for the price..i can not complain.. great location with good access.. so i would say it was worth the fees..so if you want no frills this place is adequate .

It would have been better to have a breakfast option. In the room there was a kitchenette, this could be improved with some basics like cutlery, plates, glasses etc (just cardboard cups available). The fridge could have been bigger. Since there were 5 of us, it would have been nice to have 5 towels instead of 2 (although these were provided when asked for). It would also have been nice to have had an early check-in option since we had young kids who need to nap at 1pm-ish.

The room was ok, there were beds for 5 although one was folded up and we slept 3 kids and 2 adults in the bunk bed and double-bed. The location was brilliant.

The rooms were small, couldn’t really walk around the bed with ease. The bathroom was also very small. Other guests staying there seemed to be really inconsiderate when moving around the hotel and didn’t do this quietly (could be due to how many rooms were in the hotel and how little space you had)

If I were the owner, I would put a washbasin in each room. It would be easier So folks don’t have to wait to just brush their teeth or fetch water for coffee etc.

I had to stay on the 4th floor, there was no elevator. One bathroom/ toilet serves 4 or 5 levels. The building is constructed that way, because it’s historical, so elevators would be expensive to put in, plus it will drive up the cost, then they need to raise the price. A water boiler, packages of tea, coffee, milk, and sugar is included. Some of the bigger chain hotels don’t offer that.

The room was extremly small, the exact same size as the bathroom and you can hear people walking by, it was right next to the stairs. The bathroom was a floor down. Basically it was as small as Harry Potter's closet.

The bed was comfortable, clean and warm.

Were given the topmost room. Bit of a flight if you are of a certain age. TV and wi-fi reception a bit dodgy at times.

No lift, Heater did not work. Toilet and room was super small. Could hear planes flying. Could hear noises outside. Unable to connect wifi (maybe its just for me).

Staff were friendly. 7mins walk to metro station.
