No lift for the 6 nights I stayed. First night I was given a very tiny room and had to explain to reception it was not the 107ft mentioned in my booking. As a repeat guest who knows the hotel premises even back when it was Ibis Styles, I felt I wasn't treated accordingly.

Unfortunately my room was missing a curtain..so room bright ar 5 so sleep wasn’t great..also no a decorator in room close by so not a good nights sleep

Sound insulation is practically non existing. We could hear literally everything from neighbouring rooms which was quite annoying. Very small shower.

Good location, few minutes to the Earl’s Court. Nice comfortable bed.

The lift was broken. The room my uncle was shown to (he is 84 and had to walk up all of the stairs) had no furniture and was full of paint cans, so we had to come all the way down various corridoors and stairs to reception to get another room as there are no phones in the rooms either. The bar is very poorly stocked too and the two members of staff had no idea what was what or how to pour drinks etc. Bathrooms were also TINY. I am a small woman and could barely turn in the shower, I don’t know how any tall broad man would manage.

The foyer was modern clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, everywhere was spotless.

Weird smell to the room. In basement room so no window to look through.

Unfortunately we know you can’t open the window for obvious reasons but the air conditioning wasn’t the best & it was too warm plus there should be an option for softer pillows if needed, which left us with very little sleep.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The location was ideal & quiet. The accommodation was very clean. Very close to the train station.

The toilet was partitioned off from the rest of the bedroom by glass which was really weird and gave no privacy whatsoever. Whoever designed that must be very strange

The bedroom smelled bad. We stayed in a family room that according description has one double bed and one sofa bed, however the sofa bed is more like a “armchair bed” (see attached picture) and very uncomfortable. The pillow was very hard and uncomfortable.

Extremely small shower cubicle. Quite frankly felt like I would get stuck in there. The room itself was quite small as well, smaller than even the pictures represented.

Fantastic shower pressure. Clean bedding & room. Polite & friendly staff. The premises could do with a bit of renovation but it was clean and there seems to be decent maintenance culture.

Walls water thin - can hear everyone around you, intolerable. Bad smell in the bathroom, also bathroom fan was like an airplane landing in terms of noise. Room tiny.

Superb location very close to public transport, a lot of choices for eating (discounts offered when showing the room card), not so far from a green location, quickly to everywhere you need and want to go to. Nice small room with a good bed and a window. Clean bathroom.
