There was no hot water for our bath, it didn't work. We were given money off our bill in consideration

Breakfast was excellent, the breakfast staff were lovely, and the choices of breakfast foods was very good. The pool and leisure area were excellent despite all the stairs. We got a little wet walking round to our garden room but I'm not sure it could be avoided. All the staff we met were excellent and couldn't be more helpful

We had to change rooms, air con broken, heating left on full, attention to detail was not great. There was a big party of 50 who seemed to be a priority. We were told to order our food in the main restaurant before 7.30 due to the large group ordering at the same time. Expected better for the extortionate price of £1,800 (two rooms, two nights) Breakfast was OK but the toast was cold and on the second morning they forgot the spinach.

Great location, a truly beautiful stunning hotel, full of history / charm, every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect for our wedding anniversary celebrations! A good range of food for breakfast, really flavoursome and filling for the day ahead. The restaurant evening food was delicious too! Swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi facilities were lovely to use. Our room was beautiful, spacious and replenished daily. Good size car park and if you are lucky, like we were, you might see some deer! Overall, we are thrilled we chose this gorgeous hotel to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Highly recommend and would love to return in the future. Thank you Ettington Park Hotel, you have created some brilliant memories for us which we will greatly treasure.

The original room booked was an economy room and small and a little on the dark side - definitely go for a larger room if booking

The staff are wonderful, caring and very friendly - they can't do enough to make sure that your stay is comfortable! It is clear that everyone is happy and enjoys their jobs. We enjoyed a really good dinner here and breakfasts were also really very good indeed. I wanted to upgrade to a better room and was shown a variety of rooms by the patient front desk lady - I would definitely recommend going for a larger suite/feature room, well worth it - gorgeous bathroom and comfortable bed with all in mini bar bits - if you are staying here it will really make all the difference. The spa swimming pool was small but lovely and clean and relaxing and the steam room hot.

The only thing that we struggled with slightly was the heat. It was very cold outside and so we appreciated the heating being on, however at points we were absolutely roasting meaning that it was a little uncomfortable at times.

Location and hotel were absolutely stunning. The staff went above and beyond in order to help. It was so clean and lovely. The room was beautiful and well stocked and everything was nice and clean. The bed was very comfy and high quality. The spa was wonderful, as well and clean with everything you would need. The food was exceptional and the nicest afternoon tea and sandwiches we’ve ever eaten. All home made and very fresh. Would highly recommend. We had a wonderful stay.

It's a fabulous building and we had a huge and beautiful room. I loved the pool and the steam room and sauna and hot tub. The water was lovely and warm. The bar and restaurant were very nice. Yhe bar woyld benefit from a lit fire and a carpet ....

The shower could of been more powerful, other than that there is nothing else that could be improved in this hotel.

The Hotel is in an amazing location and surrounded by beautiful gardens / grounds. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The Rooms are amazing and restaurant was wonderful. I would come back to this Hotel again. A truely amazing experience

Everything.. the staff were amazing... I was so nervous about taking our dog... but Everything and everyone were so lovely to him. My daughter and grandaughter live far from me... so I was anxious to ensure all would be good. The staff ... all of them soon soothed my nerves. The food, wines, pool ambiance. Walks ... i could go on. My family loved every moment..... parting was so hard for so many reasons. So .. not only will we be back. We will ...only after booking our future breaks and possible events ... LOL Will of course share this beautiful dream location.
