To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe hotel was welcoming and our room was very comfortable. The location is great, with easy access to bus routes and the underground is a 10min walk away. The breakfast was brilliant and had a lovely variety to choose from. We pre-booked parking for our stay and it was located just behind the hotel.

MexicoOur room had one full size bed and a sofa bed, sofa bet not very confortable for adults. Very clean and well located for district and circle line underground, Earl´s Court may not figure in your go to places but it has its charm and easy to get thee direct from Heathrow. West Kensington and West Brompton stations a 5 minute walk from the hotel and from there very easy and fast to move.

Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations due to several issues that arose during my visit.Firstly, upon arrival, I discovered that the bathroom in my room was clogged, which caused inconvenience and discomfort throughout my stay. Despite notifying your staff, the issue was not promptly addressed, leading to further inconvenience.Moreover, when I requested a mere 15-minute extension for check-out, I was met with rudeness and refusal from your staff. Their lack of empathy and professionalism only exacerbated the situation.Furthermore, I couldn't help but notice a concerning pattern of discrimination during my stay. United KingdomWe booked a twin but were given a double on arrival, which was changed straight away. Previous guests must have changed the TV settings to Spanish instructions and subtitles. The signal was also really bad, and the picture kept breaking up. The bathroom extractor was running all night, although couldn't be heard if door was kept closed. The included breakfast wasn't great. I had a cooked breakfast, the scrambled egg was OK, but sausages were low quality, and the bacon was like shoe leather. No wardrobe so couldn't unpack if we'd wanted to. No plug socket next to one of the beds. Didn't appear to be able to control the temperature in the room, was quite cold when we got in bed.
We were in the extra 'wing' away from the main hotel. It was pretty quiet. Bed was quite comfortable. Seemed clean.

IcelandIt would have been nice to be able to open a window. The room got a little bit stuffy even though we used the air condition.
Very friendly staff that made my daughters birthday trip even more memorable. We highly appreciate that she got a little birthday surprise and they where very helpful when we needed assistance and information about transportation. We chose this hotel because of the distance to Stamford Bridge, and we where happy to discover that it was an easy walk to the stadium. It was also easy to navigate our way to the city center and the nice shopping center, Westfield.
