I stayed here February 2024 and thought everything excellent . However, this time the fact that out of 4 beakers provided all four were dirty or stained as was the shelf where they were stored has affected my assessment. Fortunately i keep a travel mug in the car in the car .i have found this in other places I've stayed. Sometimes i think the people who are employed to clean don't always check inside cupboards.

Location, privacy, proximity to places i wanted to visit. There was a spacious shower cubicle, nice towels and generally clean . Also anfan was provided in the bedroom for comfort

Amazing apartments, well equipped . Amazing views and sounds of the horses when waking up . Comfortable beds . Would highly recommend this to anyone .

The bed was very uncomfortable and the bedroom was too small for a double bed. Had to climb over to get in my side. Because it’s so small certain areas of the room aren’t getting cleaned properly, so very dusty on floor and skirting boards, cobwebs etc. there were also hairs in the bed, which is a bit off putting

It was all absolutely fine for our stay. Maybe some instructions for the induction hob would be helpful - (we couldn’t find any but managed with a you tube vid😊)

Everything was perfect

Great house. Kitchenette room and bedroom were perfect. Large bathroom. Everything was in order. Quiet room despite being next to a stable with lots of horses. Plenty of parking. The horses are a wonderful addition, they are beautiful. Easy check in process. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The bugs. But that was completely our fault! We went out and my husband left the window open and the light on. Don't be stupid like we were!

There was nothing to dislike at all, I knew at time of booking that it was a working stud farm, and appreciate that livestock dont have late starts

The apartment was amazing. Modern, clean, spacious. Well thought out use of space. Games and books available for guests. Beautiful setting. Didn't meet the hosts but didn't need to as everything was so well organised. Nice welcome note with lots of information on where to eat etc.

It's not so much about the premises. For some reason my GPS sent me further down the road. Which was a little tricky to find the venue. Although on asking a local, who sent me to correct location. Unfortunately, initially, I drove straight past the location due to silly GPS. I'm guessing their are a number of venues go under same postcode. As suggestion maybe mentioned about your beautiful large gates,as a land mark. Especially if people turn up after dark. I had no problem as I arrive in daylight. A sensational stay. Thanks. 😍 Joys of technology. ☺️

Just a small point. We had an issue using the induction hob. We couldn't find any instructions for it, so we contacted the owner who came and resolved the issue very quickly. An instruction sheet would be helpful

We spent 3 nights and found the experience so interesting and different with seeing the daily routines of horse management. The location was quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of normal life, but well positioned for visits to the North York moors and the coast. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the suite was well decorated in good condition and clean. Amazing shower.

Great location. The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed. The views were amazing and watching the horses was entertaining.

Lack of coverings at the windows in the living room, given that one of us was sleeping on the sofa bed. Took a while to locate the extra bedding and figure out how to convert the bed.

It was great being among the horses and the complimentary biscuits and milk were appreciated. Great bathroom and heating system. Kitchen area was well appointed.

absolutely nothing.

What a beautiful place to stay. Very comfortable and very clean. I thought sleeping above the horses would be noisy but i didn't hear a thing from them. Will add this place to my favourites to stay again when i am in the area and i may even book for a weekend with the wife.
