Needed some repairs. Broken toilet upstairs. Faucet handle downstairs. Room 3 stuck and made a lot of noise to open, disturbing others.

Location and price. Free coffee and tea and milk. Short walk to Giants Causeway. Free parking.

The reception area was so smelly that I felt sick for a few hours. The washroom drainage needs improvement as water gets stuck for sometime.

    Friendly staff and good room.

I'm afraid the shower wasn't appealing. I think all it needs is a little bit of a freshen up, new silicone a little bit of new tiling or something.

Location is super, my bed was spotless and gentleman at reception was mannerly and helpful.

Beds are quite simple, you dont have many acomodations, just for a one night stay and continue with your trip

The closeness with the Giant's Causeway and the value per night, is not a luxury stay but if you are just planing to stay for the night to visit the surounding area early in the morning its very appropriate

Kind of crowded in the morning but it was not a problem.

Good value for money. Friendly Staff. The fact that it was self serve and they had free tea and milk. There was a kitchen which made it great for us to cook.

So bloody loud. People making so much noise. In and out of bathrooms, slamming doors till 1am, mom stop. Then at it again at 5am. Impossible to sleep. I had to yell repeatedly to settle down, quiet down, go to bed, shut UP!!! NON STOP.. It was torture. Could have turned out bad. I had no choice, it was so loud. The shower was upstairs and wasn't really an option.

    Location was epic

beds were not very comfortable and our plug sockets were not working so we had to charge everything downstairs. And window was broke next to our bunk so it was not closed overnight can hear other room doors slamming easily and could hear the people downstairs very loudly Bathroom facilities were clean but very outdated. The whole place could do with a good paint to brighten it up and feel more welcoming!

Excellent kitchen facilities Excellent location - we rented a car and explored the surrounding area Cheap stay for somewhere to sleep

Only two showers and two working toilets, so there were queues in the morning. No shower on the ground floor. A bit expensive for the quality of accommodation (though I guess you're paying for the location). Seemed to be a lot of staff hanging around who weren't really doing any work, but were using the kitchen and bathrooms etc. when guests were trying to use them.

Great location, short walk to Giant's Causeway so could avoid the traffic queues to get into the car park. Great views. Kitchen reasonably well equipped for self-catering. Pleasant dining area in the conservatory. Private room was OK with decent bed

Nothing around it really, next town is 3km away. Limited parking spots. Bathrooms half broken, shower was good though.

You will meet interesting people here and you can walk to Giants Causeway, there is also a bus stop across the street. Cheapest accomodation we found, good for the price.

Location, location, location. Friendly staff. It's a well worn place but when you can park your car for a few days and be meters from a world heritage site, that has its value. Breakfast is basic with toast, spreads, milk and cereal. Coffee and tea are free. Location, location, location.

The floor in the bathroom/toilet was always wet, no bathmat to help. I guess it's a Hostel so shouldn't expect hotel facilities.

Our room was fairly clean and comfortable. Very conveniently located short term accommodation for visiting the Giants Causeway.

Unfortunately the place is a bit neglected. It definitely needs back garden to be taken care of, maybe fresh paint in some places ,bit of maintenance (wiggling door handle etc) and maybe actually washing duvets sometimes as when we were taking the sheets off for wash, one of the duvets had a large brown/redish spot on it which was just disgusting:/

Loved the quiet location, close to costal route and Bushmills. Nice, polite staff, patio with beautiful view. As for me - quite hard mattresses which helped for a goodnight sleep.

It's a typical hostel so don't expect anything fancy. It's suitable for a backpacker or someone who doesn't mind clean-but-well-worn shared spaces. The bathrooms - particularly the showers - are dark and the plumbing is definitely outdated. Bring a towel or otherwise you'll have to rent one from staff.

Location, location, location! This is the perfect spot if you're looking to spend time exploring the Causeway. That being said, don't expect to spend evenings anywhere else, since the bus stops running around 7pm and then you're stranded out on the coast with no access to grocery, restaurants, etc.
