United Kingdom1. More cutlery (we only had 2 forks for a sleep 6 apt) and more china 2. Dining room chairs were wobbly and felt unsafe 3. No table mats 4. The washing liquid had been watered down so much it was useless 5. No tea towels and no cloths to wipe down with 6. Dirty scourers 7. No trays for cooking in the oven. Saucepans should be replaced 8. No oven gloves and nothing that could be used to get cooking out of oven 9. The main door into the building needs adjustment as it is hard to open 10. Used sheets and towels in the passage outside the flat when we arrived. Not a good look 11. The code to get into the building was wrong and we had to call the number on the paperwork to get correct code 12. The instructions said use the green door to get in when in effect it was a brown door to get in 13. The final instructions were sent too late. We were already on the road. 14. United KingdomArrived early before the access email and parking was very confusing. Had to ask one of the estate agents. Parking at the rear was good once you knew it wasn’t only a work/delivery area. On Tuesday night around 10pm for just under an hour it was very noisy outside due to lots of large lorries. Inside, the following were small issues; the bathroom door rubbed against the floor, there was no tea towel to dry the washing up (would have expected this in a fully equipped kitchen), and the blinds were not all attached to the operating poles (this was reported to the owners).
Spacious, clean and airy apartment. Comfortable beds and good bathroom. Good location for pub and shops.

United KingdomPrevious guests had not followed the no smoking policy so did smell of stale smoke. Cleaner had tried her best to air out the property and freshen up. Window blinds good for privacy however a lot of light came through so woke early.
Well maintained and clean, good central location, spacious, good communication prior to the visit. Well stocked kitchen, toiletries included. Window blinds for privacy however quite bright in the bedroom - take an eye mask if this bothers you!

United KingdomUpon arrival the entry instructions were incorrect and a homeless man sleeping in a tent in the car park behind the property told us what to do, hardly inspiring for a first visit. The entrance hallway/stairs were disgusting and once inside the property it wasn't a lot better. The vacuum cleaner was left in the bedroom, not sure if we were expected to clean up after. ourselves!! Too many damning photos to put on review. I have repeatedly asked for the 33% refund I was offered and accepted but this has not come to fruition as all correspondence between myself and Flitwick Luxury apartments is being ignored. There are endless things wrong with this whole debacle, too many to mention but it has seriously made me think twice about using Booking.com again
Absolutely nothing, it was a farce before we'd even got there, a message telling us apartment 5 was not available, so either a full refund or alternative accommodation. As we were less than an hour away we really didn't think we had much alternative than to accept apartment 1which was a 1 bed with a sofa bed in the lounge. Everything was grubby, we drank out of plastic cups we had bought in Tesco's opposite the flat.

United KingdomUnfortunately, my first job on arrival was to go to Tesco to buy cleaning stuff. I raised the following upon arrival and followed up twice during the week and twice after the trip through the ‘message the owner’ functionality on the app. I had an initial response offering to send a cleaner, but I had already sorted that aspect but no other replies and it was never clear if message replies are AI generated or from a person. The request for a receipt was dealt with immediately. Cleanliness: Upon arrival the flat stank of cigarette smoke, ash all over window sill, kitchen surfaces covered in previous occupants’ crumbs, washing up on draining board, tea towel was covered in food and stains, back of bathroom door covered in toothpaste and floor with long and pubic hairs, there is a dirty sock behind fridge (might still be there!), strange splodge in the wardrobe (blood or strawberry jam?) and the rug was stained and unvacuumed in living room. Might be a blip as other reviews OK. Condition From a general condition point of view, the flat is promoted as luxury, fully equipped kitchen and high-quality luxury bespoke furniture, which sets expectation. If the flat was clean it would have been a perfectly serviceable flat needing some TLC and bringing up to standard in the following areas: - Broken bin and not even a bin bag provided - Broken socket behind tv - Poorly equipped kitchen – old peeling pans, nothing to cook in or serve food on, random cutlery/glasses/crockery, not even a bottle opener. There was a washing machine but no means of hang clothes to dry. - Missing door handle - don't close the living room door or you'll be trapped inside! - -The spare bedding is loose and chucked in a cupboard on top of the mop and bucket. - A couple of the dining tables are dangerous with loose bolts and the bathroom plug sticks closed.
The location worked well for our trip, the flat was spacious in the bedroom, living quarters and bathroom. Comfy bed. Plenty of parking
