The only thing I would improve was the quality of the bed! The mattress was very soft! I sleep alot better on slighter harder mattresses but otherwise everything else was perfect!

Lovely staff! Couldn't help enough! The breakfast was great, the room was perfect and the location was spot on! A stones throw for the beach and the same for the town centre! All round happy & satisfied customer! Will definitely stay here again!

Door very difficult to unlock from outside-my son who drove me there had to do it for me. Inside of door handle and lock partially hanging off. No towelling shower mat from when got out of shower.

The rooms are very basic. Need a little updating. I booked here last minute based on breakfast included and parking availability... however, they only have a tiny carpark for no more than 4 vehicles (this should be advertised as limited parking) Luckily, we stayed for only one night on a Sunday, which you can park for free all Sunday on the streets. Be wary of this if booking on other days.

The location and the breakfast are the best things about the hotel. The staff are also friendly.

Bad connection on the wifi networks and always had disruption on accessing. The shower in the bathroom was with lower water pressure just like drizzle. A bit of odor pervading in the room.

Located at the centre of aberystwyth, just 5 minute walk from train station, is much convenience for solo travelers. Staffs are friendly and helpful and I've had authentic, tasty English breakfast every morning I've ever been.

The eggs on breakfast, the yolk was solid and not nice. The master bed was hard and not comfy.

The staff were great. The facilities adequate but the breakfast was sub par. The bacon was nice but everything else was a bit meh. The eggs were not nice. The yolk was rubbish

There was an alarm just before midnight. I think it must have been a smoke alarm triggered by a vape or someone smoking. It stopped after 5 minutes then luckily I just fell asleep.

Nice size room which had a bath. Bed qas comfortable and room was a nice temperature considering it was February. Really enjoyed the breakfast, thought the food was good quality

We booked it using booking.com and when we arrived we were given a four bed room, which was not what we had booked as it had a kitchen. We told reception and they changed the room straight away what made think if it had been on purpose or a mistake.

Breakfast was really nice and staff were really kind and helpful. We had problems with the heating in the room and the first night could not be sorted out but the hotel provided electrical heaters, the second night everything was perfect. The kitchen was really good and the apartment was beautiful and close to everywhere.

The car park is tiny, so when “free parking” is advertised on the Booking.com page it’s only the first 3 or 4 cars that are lucky. My bathroom sink, uniquely, had 2 hot taps and no cold tap!

it was like we had the extension, bottom room off recrption, great room on arrival didnt realise no windows, central heating full blast, burnt my foot in bed on it snd could hear conversations of people stopping outside wall going to their cars on sunday morning , im sure other rooms are fine but this one is not!!

We had previously stayed here on a bank holiday weekend in a Studio room, so this time we booked a Studio room also, but didn’t have a communal area / living area, which was a shame, as we paid more this time around (not a bank holiday).

Close to the centre of town, the room was clean and beds were comfortable.

No hot water in the shower. There was a shelf in the bathroom coming off the wall. The bathroom was really hot but we couldn't turn it down.The tea and coffee at breakfast was terrible.

There was a mix up over the booking rate which was unfortunate and rather reduced our enjoyment of our stay. I'd recommend the staff are enabled to use their discretion to easily resolve such problems rather than blame the computer/system/other staff.

The room was nice, large and clean. The location is very good and we had on site parking which was very handy. The hotel is dog friendly which was great.
