-The floor is made of wood and there are bad cracks and -anyone who walks makes a sound -there is no insulation for the windows from the sounds of cars. -I could not sleep -there is no fan - there is no type of hospitality in the room, tea or water

Room and bathroom is so small. Lavatory is inside the shower area. When you take shower, everything gets wet. And something like bedbugs bit me.

The room I was given had no carpet, the curtain would not shut a0s they were falling off, the over bed light was broken, and the table had a broken leg. Room was at front and was noisy from road. Requested a different room for final 2 nights which was better, but,also had a broken over bed light.

The room was dingy - but the main issue was that it was not a real bed it was a collapsable one with a foam mattress. I could not put my pillow against the wall as it would push the bed off the wall.

Given that I’ve paid the same for a travelodge on many occasions, this hotel was clearly lacking. It was dark and dingy and even though it wasn’t noticeably dirty, felt it. The room was cramped and the beds were more like camp beds as opposed to being items of furniture. Wouldn’t want to spend any more than an overnight stop as not even tea making facilities

Reception area needs work - very unwelcoming with nowhere to sit while waiting - outside signage needs brightening up - looks shabby

Small touches to the room and a small update could have made such a difference

I stayed in a cupboard. Barely room to swing a cat. Shower however was lovely but everything dated and a little tatty. Location so useful for Paddington and the Heathrow Express.

The mattress was super thin and you could feel every spring possible. The shower and sink were filthy and grimy and the sheets on the beds were covered in little pubic hairs.

The location was good, so good value for money for London. We only stayed one night and used the room for 12hours maximum as a base for sleeping, but wouldn't like to stay any longer than required.

The bed was tiny, the bathroom was tiny and the room itself was just about big enough to swing a cat. I slept there and it did its job.

The hotel staff is very friendly and polite as well as they have provided us with whatever we were asking , but the rooms are very small , the mattresses are a nightmare, no AC units in the rooms ,no shampoo. For the price of 90£ per night we were expecting a different condition. It's good maybe for 1 overnight stay in my opinion .
