Head board was loose. Only one set of towels for two people. Perhaps a extra blanket as it was a little cold until we turn heating on and it got going.

Bad smell coming from the bathroom shower

Location brilliant everything you need at the Hart of the town... lovely view nice apartment.

Basic staples like cooking oil would have been ideal. After checking out, we asked reception to look after our bags while we did a bit of sightseeing. When we collected the bags, my partner used their toilet and I over heard how the manager spoke to the receptionist who allowed this. She was frighteningly rude and in my opinion, the way she spoke to him was un called for. This upset me greatly.

The general staff went above and beyond to meet all and any needs I had. The studio was clean and comfortable and had all the basic equipment in the kitchen. Located just on the outskirts of the City.

Towel rail, extractor fan and small cooker ring not working. Room narrow. Broken glass in corner near window (picked it up). Could have been warmer. Heating came on around 5pm but room took a bit to warm up. You can't accumulate the washing up as there is only 2 of everything but only one wine glass! You can hear other guests. Very quiet first night but disturbed in the early hours of the second by revellers outside. Difficult to regulate shower temperature, it was either freezing or scalding.

Overall clean and well maintained. Good security. Lift worked. Good location and easy to find.

Furnishings were quite basic. Otherwise, no problems.

The only downside was the bed, it was small and was squeezed in between the window and the wardrobe so wasn't very accessible.

The location was great, the studio was spotless, it looked like it had been newly decorated.

Central location

I had a lovely stay so having to think hard about this section but, I noticed on arrival that the wooden floors in the room were loud when I walked on them in heeled boots so I made a mental note to remove them at the door after my night out as I would have hated to disturb other guests. I also got confused with the lighting in the room as the entrance light and the bathroom light are sensor activated and I spent some time trying to work out how to get them to go off before I realised my mistake.

The ease of finding the place, the welcoming greeting on arrival, the choice of lift or stairs, a fob to gain access in the front door at any time, the room was immaculate and thoughtfully laid out. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were spotless. It's in a very central and perfect location for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of the city

Laundry facilities, lift, the view from our room. Room was well catered for fan, hairdryer etc.

Just one small thing was could do with some small draws/ bedside table with draws so u could put underwear etc.

That we had to pay a £100 deposit and was not advertised when looking at apartments to book but was mentioned after we passed the free cancellation period.

The apartment was clean and was in the perfect t location, 5 minutes walk to the Barbican.

The oven was hard to work out in room 36 as the symbols had worn off and there were not instructions. It took us 20 mins. Thankfully we were allowed to use another room to cook in. The shower was very poor. Very low water pressure. It reminded me of when I was a child and we had our first shower fitted back in the day when water pressure was poor. This needs addressing as it was hard to wash long thick hair. The extra bed for our 16 yr old was above ours up a ladder, no problems there. But the edges around the mattress had not been cleaned and there was pockets of dust, fluff and hair .

Parking was good with lots of public car parks to choose from Room was adequate for our needs of an overnight stay for an open day at uni Facilities were good for making our own food.

Parking Copped 25 pound fine. Meter the night before Would not cooperate for extension Got up early to put more money in but parking inspector beat me to it But that put end to spending more money in Plymouth

Highly recommended. Right in the city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had an unfortunate water leak through the ceiling but it was dealt with efficiently and quickly. Always someone at the desk (until 10pm). Apartment was clean, large, bright and airy. Was fully equipped and included tea-towel, washing up liquid, cloth etc. which was a bonus. Large comfy beds and large fluffy towels. Toiletries also provided. We would definitely use again when returning to Plymouth.
