Dinner menu was a bit limited. Fancied something simple like a pizza, but none on the menu.

Enormous room with huge beds, high ceilings, big bright window. There is a Starbuck's in the car park which is great to grab a coffee en route to work. Very well kept communal spaces. Free water bottles in the room replaced daily - the little things mean a lot.

Bed was a little jiggly (sort of felt like a waterbed!) so there was quite a lot of movement for one person when the other person moved. Partially mitigated this by “top and tailing”. Room was also quite warm - didn’t really feel like the air con temperature setting was that accurate compared to the actual temperature. Mitigated by opening a window.

Huge bedroom and a spotless, well-equipped bathroom. There was also very good shower pressure and temperature. Hallways and public areas spotlessly clean. Staff were helpful. Parking was good with nice wide spaces. Good facilities nearby, e.g. Starbucks. I was also able to attend my workplace at the hospital very easily so can’t fault the location. Good price too!

Our beds legs didn't seem to be attached to the frame properly and the whole bed seemed to move

First time using any Future Inn hotels. Was easy to find. Approx 15-20mins to the town centre. Good location. Room size was great, had 2 double beds in it, both comfy. All the extra little touches were really lovely and unexpected. Staff friendly and helpful

On arrival, one of the receptionists ignored us. No warm welcome, didnt attempt to make eye contact or engage with us. Anna, was courteous, friendly & professional. The bar staff were excellent although tables & bar needed some attention. Restaurant staff & breakfast staff were pleasant, although I had to wait over 15 minutes for vegetarian sausages. Hotel entrance has no signage apart from NHS Phlebotomy Clinic which was confusing.

Gym could have been open till later. Air con seems to make noise even when you turn it off.

Impressed with level of provision for such a good price. Paid just £67.50 for a huge double, double bed room. Biscuits, chocolates, water in room etc. Nice beds, towels didn’t smell chloriney.

Bread at breakfast a bit ordinary.

Spacious room, staff helpful when had to adjust the booking twice, comfortable bed, well equipped, water, hot drinks, biscuits all plentiful. Good restaurant. Very reasonable price.

It’s not within walking distance of much however there is a bus into the town centre. Quilts were on the thin side but comfortable all the same.

Plenty of parking. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very clean and the breakfast was great quality and very good value.

A bit far from town centre

Free parking, all the facilities provided with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, towels and air con/ heating Paid £72 for a night over weekend which was very good value for money.
