We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNot sure what time the front door was locked but it was very easy access and a few undesirables outside that could have had easy access. The room was a bit dated as was some of the areas of the hotel. I guess the price reflected the events going on that weekend but seems high for the overall quality.
Great location. Very easy walk to a couple of Tram stops + train and bus stations. Good central point. Staff were friendly - the chap at breakfast was great, always said hello. The breakfast was great, not as listed (although I didn’t ask for anything specific from the options)

United KingdomIn desperate need up updating, bed springy and uncomfortable, tv was old, couldn't get netflix etc, smelt of weed as you walked in through main doors, headboard fell off when moving bed to find lost item (years of dust behind headboard) windows so dirty can can not see through them, key card kept on stopping working, no extractor fan in bathroom as not working, hairdryer had no protector over fan at back so my hair got tucked into fan and broke! Will not return at all

SloveniaThe room was a bit outdated and the plumbing was quite loud. We were in a room under the roof with no windows. The room itself didn't feel very clean, especially the carpet, but the bathroom was nice and clean.
The best thing about the hotel is the location, which is just a short walk from the train station on the main street. The staff were also very nice and helpful. It's good for the price you pay.

The hotel is in a brilliant location, being close to restaurants, public transport, nightlife and shops. The room was ensuite. The shower-cabinet had a good, non-slip rubber mat. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a hospitality-tray, in the room. The bed was comfortable with clean, fresh bedding. There was a chain on the door, of the room, for extra security. Generous cooked breakfasts were delicious and served by efficient, friendly staff !
