When booking thought it was B&B but was told at check in it was not

From the exterior and around the perimeter is very tired and unkempt, the general feel to the place is that it requires a bit of TLC

Friendly staff and a good location for our stay as we were visiting relatives.The breakfast was good value too.

Appalling manageress who was rude to her own reception staff. Called my room shout swear and threatened with police even though I had booked a second night to rest (no longer able to pay for extension Told only option to book a second night

There was no air-conditioning in the room and the temperature was stiflingly hot - much hotter than outside. The window could only be opened a crack and although a fan was provided, the night was swelteringly hot and very uncomfortable.

It was a short notice reservation and booking was simple on Booking.com and check-in straightforward and reasonably quick. Room was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable

Hairdryer didn’t work And cold tap on bath came out hot so had to use the shower to run my child a bath. I reported these when I checked out

When we got to the airport inn hotel it was closed and to rehousing refugee and we was driving around Gatwick for 2hrs to find a hotel and we are not going to book with booking. Com again

We arrived tired and hungry at 9pm but the kitchen was closed. This hotel markets itself as close to Gatwick but the taxi connection was expensive and should be considered by air travellers.

The rooms were quiet but we were at the other end of the hotel from our children so the logistics of an early start were challenging. A good refurbishment of an older building.

Took ages to check in and then the room key didn't work , went back 4 times , they changed the room and then that room key didn't work , no staff came to assist. Would never go back.

didn’t arrive until 3-30am due to delayed flight. the hotel was dirty, shabby and lots of people still drinking and partying at the hotel. we would have stayed due to being so tired but, we was not allowed to have a late check out so would have paid for 3hours sleep, what’s the point so we drove 4 hours home without sleeping for 36 hours.

We arrived on 1st June at 11.55pm only to be told it was a migrants hotel ...we had to walk about and try to find another hotel wich cost £250 for the night

We did not book this hotel but we’re moved to this one, unfortunately the place was dirty and run down. The ‘Restaurant’ looked like a school canteen and had a very basic set menu. we had to change rooms as there was a missing handle on the window which meant we couldn’t close it. it was also further away than the original hotel we booked from airport and cost is £21 in a tax.

The rude staff member who banged her car door into my vehicle and was so rude it was unreal. Picture of her car added so you are aware Think she worked in the bar or kitchen ? The 2 staff in reception were nice and said they would speak to her about her attitude but I never got an apology of the angry woman

The worst hotel I ever been I forgot my charger and T-shirt I called back next day the Lady in the reception told me the staff are there Then they told me that there has been mist understanding with other client Very unprofessional

Booking.com never sent us a message saying that the hotel was padlocked with security guards outside as it had been taken over by the Home Office for a quarantine / covid hotel. Not good.
