Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomNothing about the property was un-likeable!! The only thing was, the location was a pain with the tube strikes and trying to navigate buses, etc.. Ubers were expensive to get here but had to be done with the strikes and bus issues.
Room/property was lovely :) had all the essentials and was very very clean. Would have loved an option of extra pillows though as myself and partner like to sleep with 2.

United KingdomRoom could do with black out curtains or blinds as they are thin and dint keep the early morning light out. And understandable for safety reasons the windows has restricters on but the room was quite warm so maybe could have a little fan in there for guests. Dint spoil our stay though .
Good location for concert at wembley. Clean and easily accessible. host had great communication. Would definitely stay again.

A great price, it met our needs , 15 minutes walk from Brent Cross station, 15 minutes from the Ox and Gate pub where the 182 bus took us to Wembley Stadium, then an Uber back £11 . It is a house with shared bathroom facilities, everyone at the time we were there were quiet and respectful. We would use again without a doubt.

United StatesThe local Fish n Chips store in the area was closed the whole duration of my stay ! Lol
The location was lovely and quiet. Great place to stay to go into Central London and enjoy the offerings of the city whilst having the opportunity to leave the hustle and bustling of the City behind, to come to a quiet home.

HungaryThe area didn't feel the safest to walk alone at night, and the city center was a little far. The mini fridge was very useful in the room, but at night the constant buzzing was quite inconvinient. Otherwise all was good:).
The check-in was very smooth and contactless, very easy for someone less sociable. The house was very clean, and comfortable, the bathroom was also very tidy, which can be a dealbreaker for me. The host was very responsive to and helpful with my questions.

United KingdomWas given bit of a random welcome pack. a plate, small mug, glass, steak knife and a tea spoon. Some soap, shampoo and towels. Would be nice to have had a bowl, a fork and a larger spoon. The shower cubicle was quite small considering the size of the bathroom. The bath towel was also very small.
That I could leave my key in the code box while traveling, the room was spacious with large mirror wardrobes, the bed was very comfortable, could have had an extra pillow but it was good that it had kettle, TV, fridge and microwave.

United KingdomThe bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked (hairs etc still scattered around). There was no ac which definitely affected our stay (temperature outside was around 24°, can't imagine how boiling it would be at a higher temperature) - even just a fan or something would have made a positive difference. The room was also plenty big enough for a larger bed, as the double was a little cramped.
Very well sized, the kitchen and bedroom were very clean with plenty of storage and it was nice to have access to the back of the property as well. The smaller touches of breakfast bars and mini soaps were appreciated.

United KingdomOur pillows were very hard so could have slept better. Our shared bathroom was on the ground floor and it is tiny, the one on the first floor is much better. Not much to see in the general area apart from Gladstone Park and not many nice pubs or restaurants.
Enjoyed a pleasant one night stay as we were attending a concert at the OVO Arena, Wembley. The accommodation suited us as it is a 20 min bus ride from the venue. Slept fairly well, the accommodation is set on a quiet residential side street and so there isn't much outside noise. The bathroom is shared, however, it was always available when we needed it so not a problem. Complementary bottles of water in the fridge as well as tea and coffee provided as it is room only accommodation. Easy unrestricted on street parking along the entire street so no parking fees (excellent for London).

United KingdomIt's worth mentioning that if have mobility issues ( my husband walks with a stick due to a knee injury) and you get the loft room, room 7 that we were allocated, there are 4-5 steep flights of stairs to manage.
Clean room, located in a shared house, at a fair distance by walking from public transport. Easy self-check-in and check-out, all good for an overnight stay.

FranceThe tube stations are not near so it takes about an hour to get to the center. The bed sheets were visibly stained. Got to wake up early to be able to use the shared bathroom on time.
