Shower pressure couldnt be controlled - went from comfortable to extremely hot!!

Stunning location and just a 5 min walk to the hotel. Mike was extremely helpful and met us on arrival. Apartment was very comfortable, a few little extras left for us such as bread, milk. biscuits, tea, coffee etc which were appreciated. Hotel is amazing, we treated ourselves to afternoon tea which was lovely and indulgent. Even got to see Deer running around and to watch the falconry training, all from our apartment window. Recommend Hendersons in Auchterarder for dinner which was about 1.5 miles away

Everything was perfect. The apartment was spotless with quality furniture and kitchen equipment. Mike was excellent, he met us with the key and explained everything, he even gave my wife a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates for her birthday. We also visited the Cairn Lodge, the sister hotel, for an excellent dinner.

Location good for visiting Gleneagles and Auchterarder. Enjoyed two good meals out one at Cairn Lodge Hotel and the other at Delevino bistro bar.

Mike was exceptional, looked after us from start to finish, kept in touch with us before we arrived, met us when we arrived, took us to the apartment, showed us around, explaining how things worked and to contact him anytime should we need anything, even brought us fresh bread and milk, very nice touch. We did contact Mike to book a spa day at Gleneagles (which we then wanted to change the day and did for us) and also to make a reservation for dinner at the fabulous Cairn Lodge, which is absolutely stunning, how he manages to find the time to do it all is just amazing, that's what I would call World Class Service. Thanks Mike. The apartment was beyond our expectations, it was beautiful, extremely comfortable with everything you would need and more, even had a professional coffee to bean coffee machine, which my husband loved, being a coffee and gadget fanatic, he loved it so much he's looked into getting one lol. We really didn't want to leave the apartment as we felt so relaxed, very peaceful with lovely surroundings which is what we both needed to unwind from our busy life's, it's a great place to stay, we left feeling completely rejuvenated. We will be rebooking, only this time it will be for longer, would highly recommend to everyone that's looking to get away and treat themselves to somewhere a bit special, with a touch of luxury and privacy.

We were met but the host who was exceptional. The service was first class. The apartment is so lovely and so well equipped - the host certainly goes over and above. The location is fantastic and to be honest there is nothing negative at all about the property or the service provided by the host. Absolutely recommend.

Very warm welcome from Mike on our arrival. Showed us around apartment. Fantastic location overlooking Gleneagles falconry. Flat very comfy and beautifully decorated. Has everything you need - very well stocked. Power shower in en-suite was amazing. Fast wi-fi and good TV / sky selections so kids were happy. Impressive Gagia coffee maker. Cereal / milk / biscuits / bread much appreciated so breakfast was sorted! Used Gleneagles facilities one day (Mike phoned ahead to access ) - £100 for access to gym / pool and pitch and put and French boules for 2 adults / 2 children. Ate in Clubhouse bar, Clubhouse restaurant and Cairn Lodge restaurant ( amazing steak). Nice drinks and atmosphere in The Century Bar. Staff there so friendly too.

Spacious, clean, right on Gleneagles. It’s was fully equipped with everything you need including towels, toiletries & breakfast items. It has a fantastic coffee machine.
