To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very warm reception, all staff were amazing and helped with any queries. They were courteous, polite and always happy. Our dog was made very welcome. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with ample choice.

United KingdomSwimming pool needs a refurb in changing rooms. The cleanliness was lacking and a horrible smell in both gents and ladies changing rooms. No spinner to do swimsuits when you left pool, would be a good add.

United KingdomIncoordinated liaison between bar and restaurant. Because of late arrival we were ony offered bar snacks, not access to the bar meal service. Radiator was turned off first night, and we needed to turn it on before freezing at night.
Staff helped with luggage and arranged room close to lift.

United KingdomThe bedrooms are a bit tired, no mirror in the main bedroom, just 1 on bathroom door and in bathroom. So drying your hair was difficult or putting on make-up. They do have a fan but the rooms are very hot and stuffy and it’s winter, we had the window open therefore the traffic kept us awake. The photos are of the bed base.
