Great location for a Stafford town centre night out. Double room was small but fitted our needs perfectly. Nice teabags, biscuits and oats for breakfast laid on :)

Building could do with some more personal touches, such as bedside drawers etc shower cubicle & toilet seat could use an upgrade but nothing major, just a face-lift. A cuppa tea or a kettle in my room would of sealed it for me.

The location was ideal for my work related course. The staff were very friendly & polite. My room was very clean & spacious, I also got my own private en suite.

We didn’t have breakfast, location was near to a venue at Leicester Uni so ideal. Rooms were simple but beds comfy.

The shower hot & cold water was very tempermentral but other than that everything else during my numerous stays has been good.

Liked what I got for what I payed for can't say fairer than that.

There was an unpleasant odour in the corridor unfortunately, the place is old and looks a bit run down. That being said, very cheap so excellent value for money!!

Warm welcome at reception, private parking was included which was great. The room was clean and the bed very comfy. Good location, 20 min walk from the city centre.

The night I stayed the fire alarms were going off and we weren’t allowed to close the room door which was frustrating as I was tired and wanted to go to sleep but I understand it wasn’t their fault as the staff needed to make sure it wasn’t coming from my room however I wish it got resolved faster than it did other than that the only sockets to charge ur phone or anything were across the other side of the room which was uncomfortable wish it were beside the bed however it’s not too big of a deal other than that I had no issues

Location was good for what we travelled to the city for. Room as described. Bed was comfy. Staff very accomodating and lovely. Room was large too.

More toiletries - a bar of soap would have been nice. A table in the room would have been nice to do some work or eat as well. Very basic, but you get what you pay for!

Staff were very helpful, provided a towel, shampoo, ironing board/iron, and parking. Room was nice and clean, shared bathroom was good as well - everything functional. Sink in the room was nice as the bathroom was shared. Location is great, near London Road where the train station is, as well as lots of food Was happy considering what I paid for the room!

Walls are a bit thin and you can hear cars and chatter on the street with the windows closed, but it's not a dealbreaker. If you want to take a shower, make sure you don't forget to turn on the hot water switch.

The location is very close to the train station (only 5 mins walk). The room provided was very warm and spacious. Toilets were very close to the room.

The shower room was a bit dirty, and when you turned the shower on, it would leak across the floor. Toilet seat a bit dirty to. The staff could be a bit more polite. Can be very unwelcoming. There is not a lot of communication between staff and guests.

Not bad room, comfortable bed, clean in the bedroom. It's basic, but good for a couple of nights.
