The lack of kitchen equipment. There was only 1 fork, 1 wine glass, no other glasses so could have had a bit more. We only had 1 big towel between us and the hot water in the sink in the bathroom just wasn't working.

The bed was so comfy!! It was amazing to sleep in. The shower was also very powerful. The area was ideal, parking easy to find and the quiet in the building was brilliant.

The oven didn't work, perhaps a fault with the electrics. Also, the bathroom had a light that didn't have a corresponding switch in the flat, so the light was on all of the time. The bed was probably the most uncomfortable bit of the stay. I went away feeling very old with a sore back because it was like sleeping in a bowl.

Lovely little flat that met requirements and had some amenities and a nice bathroom, also a useful kitchenette.

Room was at the top of the building, a lot of stairs to climb. The bed was very low down to the floor.

Location was good and the apartment was clean and tidy and had most of the required facilities.

no oil/salt/pepper/coffee etc provided check in process was very odd - told to contact 1/2 before arriving but never heard back - ended up just wandering in and got shown to our room by a lady who was in there cleaning

Mattress bit too soft, toilet a bit dark and shower head pressure not good enough.

Room has everything you need and very clean. Also a nice building, tidy and clean interiors. Very quiet place to rest. Not far from the town center, around 20 minutes walk.

The light kept going off, we had to call them. The guy at check out was very rude, he was shouting on us. A mouse did not let us have a peaceful sleep on the 2nd night. We had to trap it and take it outside the building and released it on the street

Previous guests have clearly abused the property - no bathroom mirror, kitchen blind has seen better days, no number on door (pulled off, rough screw holes remain)... needs a little TLC but otherwise exceptionally comfortable (flat 16). Bought gel air fresheners and put coffee beans out to get rid of the cigarette/musty smell - apartment smelled lovely after 2 days.

Self-catered apartment, every modern convenience you could require catered for.

The bed was comfortable but was a sofa bed, which was disappointing. There was no hair dryer or shower gel/hair wash in the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was almost non existent. The price was exaggerated for the location and what was offered.

The bed was some worn out but was ok so far

I had to work at Celsa steelplant and the way was less than 2' by car. It takes 5 min drive to Cardiff down town. The Hotel fulfilled my expectations. Wifi worked very well. The kitchen is equiped with fridge, MW, cooker and all this kitchen stuff.

The house needs a little bit of renovation as the walls have some holes/crack’s and they were covered with white tape. Couldn’t close the curtains in the living room/kitchen as they are broken.

Location was good, close to center, parking available.

We stayed on the top floor of the propoerty which is approximately 100 steps. Please be aware as it's not mentioned in the advertisement. There were no tea/coffee/sugar to make a brew having arrived late at night. This should have been a minimum. Faults: The large cupboard in the hallway is broken and the glass doors are detached from the rails which almost fell on my daughter. I propped it up and we were unable to use it for safety reason. The LED ceiling light in the bathroom was secured with brown masking tape which eventually came loose and was hanging. The elecrical sockets in tbe master bedroom was faulty (had no power). In addition on day 2, the entire flat lost power, however, the fuse panel showed no tripped circuit breaker. This is where panic set in as were plunged into darkness with a child. We attempted to contact the property without any luck. All these issues pointed to an unsafe accommodation requiring us to check out earlier than planned due to risk associated with the unsafe electrical circuit. I contacted booking.com immediately who also tried to contact the property but also had no response. I eventually message the property through booking.com advising of the critical electrical issues and the reason for us leaving earlier. There response was to deny there were any critical electrical issues and that the property had electricity, posed no risk and it had its inspection. However, unluckily for the property owner, this is actually my field of work and after relaying my profession, there response was tined down, stating they take these concerns seriously and will investigate. However to this date (9 days after) they have not responded to booking.com to address the electrical concerns. So I am unsure what's their definition of seriously. I spoke with booking.com this morning, who confirmed they are very worried about the property and had no response despite mutilpe attempts. However, booking.

The property was ideally located and we were met by a lovely staff member after confirming our arrival. The property was clean and tidy but that's where the fun stopped.
