I know this isn’t a huge factor, WiFi connection to upstairs wasn’t great, however, Brighton has lots to offer!! So not a big issue The chair in my room was quite squeaky, was scared to sit on it invade it broke!

Very close to the beach and bus connections, the community vibe of this accommodation is very nice, I can see the vision of improvement from the new management!! Beds are very comfy, with nice pillows

Could have been cleaner, under the bed was very dusty and dirty and the fan wouldn’t work due to dust build up. There weren’t enough tea/coffee making facilities in the room and didn’t see any staff/owner so couldn’t speak and explain these issues. Also there wasn’t an iron for my clothes, which was in the room description when booking.

The location was brilliant, so close to the sea & several shops, cafes etc. The price for the room was satisfactory, the tv worked which is rare for such places ha! Felt like a safe location/building. Clean towels and hot powerful shower were appreciated!

Keypad entry system. Took 6-8 minutes for the pad to bleep and allow you to enter the code. Owners communicative, but couldn't really help beyond saying they had just taken over and it wasn't a system they'd have chosen. Offered a different room, but we were installed, it was late and we didn't intend going out again.

- Very overpriced for what is basically a B&B/Guesthouse type of accommodation - No parking facilities anywhere nearby - and an average of £20-£40 per day to park - Very tight at times...felt very enclosed... - Sink and Shower drainage were blocked - so when you ran the taps - the sink and shower tray would fill up with water - Very Dirty toilet brush in toilet...not good!! - Late check-in of 1500 >>> and then a Very Early check-out time of 1000 (does not reflect the price paid...justify!?) - All a bit thrown together....and worn... ... ...but did the job for a couple of nights in the end✔️

- Location was good... - Room was OK....but felt a bit cramped at times, and a bit claustrophobic - Ensuite bathroom/toilet were separate (within the room) which was good - Good Fan - Bed OK...but sliding around a bit Overall ok...but overpriced for what it is/what you get...and overpriced considering it is contactless check-in...I.e no reception or staff there

Annoying small things, one wine glass, (they knew two people staying) no shower gel. Seating very uncomfortable, but looked good. No so small thing, the sink had a drainage issue. Balcony area windows unclean, dead bug!

The property was in a good location, the room was quirky, loved the original old fire place and the internal leaded light window with Brighton seafront on it. Also the internal balcony. Some room for hanging clothes, also drawers. Hairdryer and iron (no board). Good shower

The room was on the smaller side, which might be a bit cramped for longer stays or if you have a lot of luggage. Also, there were a few stairs to climb (we were on the top floor), which could be challenging for guests with mobility issues—something to keep in mind when booking.

The location was fantastic—just a few minutes from the beach, the pier, and plenty of restaurants and shops. We didn't see the hosts but we only stayed one night and self-check in was all we needed for a weekend stay. Our room, while compact, was thoughtfully clean, and comfortable.

Woken in the night every time the heating kicked in

The room was very cold, it was -2 outside the night I stayed but the room was like a fridge, it has a radiator which was only luke warm. I actually resorted to putting on the hair dryer to get some heat 🫣.. that said the bed was cosy
