Great location for the racecourse

Apartment needs additional chair in the kitchen, as there were 4 adults and only 3 chairs 1 had to stand to eat meals. We couldn’t get any channels on the tv.

Excellent location, Doncaster Racecourse is a 5 minute walk away. Apartment spacious and great having 2 bathrooms.

All ok . Few bits that need to be sorted . Broken bin in kitchen light in bedroom with on suite main bulb out. Clock in living room not at right time. Working but probably the batteries need replacing or faulty clock if not .

The only frustration was the Wi-Fi was too weak for the TV, so we couldn’t watch anything in the evenings.

The location was good, near the racecourse. Hosts were very helpful. Comfortable and clean accommodation with parking. Nicely done inside, lovely soft towels and great rooms and bathrooms. Really nice that it had two separate bathrooms.

Lamps in bedrooms didn't reach plugs. One bedroom overhead light didn't work. Kitchen sink cracked and leaking. Old food left in freezer.

The sofa is the most uncomfortable thing I have ever sat on. The light in one of the bedrooms did not work.

Hot water and heating did not work due to low water pressure in the boiler, luckily I’m qualified in that area so easy fix

Sink and oven could have been cleaner. There was no coffee table

The apartment was very convenient for us travelling by bus and getting around. Comfortable beds, lovely linen and plenty of towels. Basically the apartment was clean, attention to detail in a few areas was a little lacking but nothing terrible and didn't spoil our stay. I'm assured these points will be dealt with after bringing them to the owners attention.

Apartment could use a little bit of TLC. Broken mirror, screws lose in frames and sockets. Couch very uncomfortable. All in all though a nice place for what we needed.

Very close to lots of things. Hosts were lovely and friendly. The apartment was nice and big and had everything we needed in it. Easy to find. Nicely decorated.

Listening to the road noise, the neighbour/someone stealing the parking space that was allocated. The sofa bed could be much better

We liked the space throughout the property it was a good size. Having 2 bathrooms was brilliant with 5 people. Seemed like a secure place to stay with secluded parking.

Sofa in the lounge being a sofa bed is not very comfortable for lounging on.

Everything you would expect for a short stay. Clean,tidy, Netflix, deep bath which was brilliant. All the cooking utilities you would need.

The basin plug in en-suite was useless settee uncomfortable we liked location a very clean apartment would recommend to others

Provide clearer instructions for parking space around the parking area as someone used the space I should have parked in. Signs for doorbell could have been made clear to anyone calling.and all lights could have been working but only minor issues- would book again.

Location was great to get into town and good for lots of other places around and about .Good size apartment with a parking space. Would book again

Generally tidy but the cleaners could do a better job cleaning. There was 5 of us but only enough pots for 4 people considering it sleeps 6 and the plug was broken in the bath but good correspondence from the owners with regards to problems.

Nice looking apartment well set up and comfortable. Good location for shops and sight seeing.

At first glance, the property is fancy looking, but dig deeper & we found problems. The main bathroom bath plug didn't work, so we couldn't give the kids a bath. In the kitchen sink, there's an overflow thing for the draining board, which is absolutely thick with mould underneath despite it being super easy to pull off for cleaning underneath. The kitchen sink had a massive crack in it which I'm not sure how water isn't pouring out from it. There's no microwave which would've been nice.

Plenty of space in the property for everyone. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. A dedicated parking space.

The only thing I can possibly think of is we weren't able to locate the iron but everything else was easily found and accessible

We loved everything. Just think that having a microwave would make meals easier.

Noise from the upstairs apartment disturbed us at night.

The only small issue was that the oven and baking tray seemed to have been overlooked during the cleaning process.

I loved the decor, which was exactly like the image. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was immaculate.

The fridge is not working at all. The surrounding walls are thin and hence can hear every footsteps and banging from the above.
