It's great, no complaints.. The car park gets a bit full, but I'm not sure what you do about that.. Only a few EV charge points, but at least they have some.

This is a friendly hotel, we travel with our 4-legged friend & they are very pet friendly.. It's great as a base. It's a somewhat 'no frills' hotel, but you get everything in a clean, efficient, good way.

Friendly and helpful staff at reception on arrival. Good-sized, clean room. Good location near the airport with plenty of free parking. Lovely breakfast included, plenty of food and a great selection.

We arrived and the dining was closed due to been short staffed. This is why the score was lowered. We had driven over 300 miles and were hungry and tired. We had to then go back out to find somewhere to eat.

A few minor things were in need of care and attention, for example the curtain pullers that were not attached to the curtains, and the bathroom door that was difficult to close. Difficult to find the hotel in the dark and rain, a few more signs would have helped.

Warm welcome from reception staff. Nice room with view over countryside - quite surprisingly for an airport hotel. No noise from the airport, but outside the hotel you can hear the busy dual carriageway nearby. Unpretentious.

We had to move rooms at 11pm at night because of the noisy extractor fan and noisy aircon.

Breakfast was not as good as we hoped, Bacon was not at all well cooked, only scrambled eggs, and very 'wet', no choice of bread, only toasting bread, croissants kept running out, I didn't get one in the end !

Check in was simple, friendly receptionist, evening food was good, comfortable areas. Bedroom good, comfortable bed, nice pillows, bathroom great, hot water, good sleep.

An excellent stay for 1 night in this extremely comfortable 3* hotel that seemed far better in many ways than some 4* hotels we have stayed at in the past. Breakfast, Room, Shower room and Bed all very comfortable thank you.

the one area to improve is the cooked breakfast. the buffet style meant that the food under heat lamps caused the food to become like rubber. best to make smaller portions more often to avoid the drying out.

Both my evening meal and breakfast was not very hot. The breakfast had a good selection but the facilities failed to maintain the hot breakfast and I was there for 07:00am to avoid this problem.
