It was clean but definitely needs some improvement, for example the flowers in the room were old and the water in the vase hasn’t been changed for a long time.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was cozy and cute. The staff was amazing, very helpful when we needed something.

Good location for going to a gig at Wembley, only required a taxi each way. Clean and reasonably priced.

The smell wasn’t very pleasant on entering the building. The property could do with a fresh painting. Cleaning could be done better. Toilet rolls ran out . Air fresheners need to be placed around the property.

The bed was comfy. Easy to check in to my room once I had all the information to.

Bathroom I would recommend regrouting shower tiles, particularly at the bottom. Kitchen Not as clean as some guests use it and have no consideration to leave it clean for other guests. Would recommend someone to be there early morning to empty bin and clean worktops. Room No TV. Internet cuts a lot so I had to restart the WiFi quite often.

1 The room is very big. It comes with an ensuite. The room is clean. 2 The ground floor has a lovely living room, kitchen and garden to enjoy in the evening. 3 The kitchen has two washing machines, a microwave and a lot of cutlery, everything for one to be able to cook at home. 4 Overall it is a very nice place. And its location is perfect. Lidl is 5 mins away and the house is close to the main road with so many buses running every minute. China Town and Brent cross mall a few meters away. 5 There is also free street parking.

When the kitchen window is blown wide open.. trying to reach for to close I had to climb on the counter and reach way out My vertigo made me feel like I was going to fall 3 floors down No toilet paper for the first couple of days I had to go purchase

Could be a little cleaner was a bit dusty in bathroom.

Everything was as it said it would be, easy communication, free street parking, 10 min walk from Brent cross west station so easy access to anywhere in London and outskirts! Lovely decor and comfy bed, felt very safe and enjoyed our stay.

The only reason that I didn't give 10 of 10 is the little smell of mould in the bathroom.

I give cleanliness an 8.5/10; whenever a go grab cutlery, they always had water stains or poorly washed by others since this is a shared space, hence having to wash them myself properly in order to use them. Perhaps adding a little house rule of washing and drying right away whatever was used should be implemented as to keep things a bit cleaner. I don’t believe the kitchen towel to dry the dishes and cutlery was ever changed during my 11 day stay.

Cozy room and lovely building in a nice area of London. I enjoyed my stay overall. The property owners were responsive upon messaging them.

Booking.com made a mistake(I booked a room, wanted to pay, went wrong, got an email to complete my booking & booked me a completely different room!). Mina was able to give me the right room after one night, which was super!

The yard has so much potential, it could do with a bit more care. Also, since each room is a bit different, it would be helpful to make it a little clearer during booking.

I really appreciated the proximity to Gladstone park, overall a nice, quiet location with good connectivity to Central London. Also, the yard in the back is a big plus on sunny days! Finally, the host is very kind and helpful and really makes the guests feel welcomed!

Very nice interior. Self-check in process was easy. Love that there's fridge in the room so that we could store some of our food. Very spacious.

They started to renovate, still a long way to go. Our room should be on the entrance level (not at first floor) and the bed should be wider, not a skinny 140cm. We get just one towel for two persons at arriving, after 10 days we get it changed and 2 of them. In the kitchen, I found just 3 forks (different kind of) for all persons living in the house... The kettle in the room was looking worn and shabby, we did not have courage to use it. No TV but was not really a problem, maybe this is the custom in England. The "arrangement" (probable some reparations done in the wall) of some tiles in the bathroom is the worst looking I ever saw, probable will be proper repaired during renovation activities. The balcony was excellent, but no way to stay on it - had always water on it from a condense pipe.

Good connections with close bus stations. Lidl at 5 minutes walk. Spacious room. Very good fridge, we appreciated it. We appreciated the balcony. I think this is a new bought house, Amir and Mina work to renovate it, maybe will take some more time to get it to higher standard. I wish them luck and success! The paid price was correct.

I would have preferred a toilet inside my room so I didn't have to go out of our room in the middle of the night.

The location was great as it had easy access to a bus station and near a grocery store where we bought all the things we needed.

We stayed upstairs, on the last floor, and the wifi was pretty slow, as the router is on the first floor. We didn't have a plug adapter, so the single option to charge the phone was a 2V usb port. And the cleanliness of the kitchen could be better.

Nice apartment with a good location. Close to the bus station. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook something. Pretty good for the price.

The room could be more clean - kitchen cupboards were very dirty inside. One of the cupboard contains a washing maschine, which does not work anymore (inside were wet clothing left)..
