The extraction fan in the bathroom was on constantly and there was a flashing light over the bed in room 113. The pillows and douvet have goose feathers, I'm allergic so had to ask twice at reception to have them changed, I eventually asked the room cleaner and she sorted it out for me.

It was a beatles theme hotel, if you are a fan you will love it. The location is great, just round the corner from Matthew Street.

Be careful getting in and out of the bath / shower. The floor of the bath isn't level with the floor, it's a little raised and the sides of the bath are quite high. My wife was stepping in to have a shower and feel. Thank God she wasn't hurt but it is a tricky step in, so be careful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for experiencing the sights and sounds of the City.

The room walls are thin and we could hear noises from the hallway. The bathroom was a bit small (although it wasn't so bad). Other than that, we enjoyed the stay!

The room was big and comfortable. The decorations are great, especially if you are Beatles fan. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great... walking distance from a lot of main attractions.

I did not like that it did not have a toilet cleaner. Also there were no slippers. So I had to use my shoes in the hotel which I really dislike since after walking entire day, I just want to take my shoes off and chill with my slippers.

Breakfast is good. I really liked the place of the hotel. It is very center. I can just go out and walk anywhere I want. Room is big and staff was really helpful with all the questions that I have. I can easily reach out to staff and discuss with them any problem of mine.

The hotel hasn’t been maintained as well as it should be. Rooms are getting a bit tatty and things like room lights that don’t work, cracked bathroom tiles and an ugly check in area with stressed and seemingly over worked staff let the hotel down.

Towels, cups/glasses and bedding not replaced throughout the stay. Breakfast was a bit disorganised and the plug sockets in the room were in strange places (not near the desk). No double glazing meant noise from outside leaked in throughout the night.

Location is great, 10 minutes walk to Albert Dock and right next to the Cavern. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Eric is a legend!

The breakfast quality was poor for the price charged. No vegetarian option, for example sausage, a hot breakfast for a vegan basically beans and toast with maybe mushrooms and a slice of tomato for £13?
