Took a long time to check in. We got our room keys but couldn't go to rooms until we left our bank details but the lady couldnt find the page online to input our details. My friend ended up having to help the lady... After a 4 hour drive, 20 minutes of faffing to input card details nearly tipped us over the edge! Our smoke alarm had been covered with a carrier bag...

Rooms were both very clean and comfortable. Had a great night sleep. Was ideal for a 1night away for football trip.

it would be great if there is a breakfast possibility.

There is no breakfast available, we had to buy it it in the supermarket across the street. we saw only staff when we entered the hotel, afterwards no staff was seen. the wifi is ok, the hotal is ok, the location is far form the center but very good reacable with the bus traffic (line 17 for 45 minutes travel time.)

Blinds in window didn't block outside light. Large ceiling light glowed green all night. Although large room there was very little space because of unnecessary furniture which was not used . Down stairs entrance was quite littered.

The only slight niggle was that we couldn't find it as not very well as there was no signage from the main road.

The decor of the room was excellent and all new furniture also. A great shower and bathroom and very clean indeed.

We didn't have breakfast. The location was perfect for our purpose. The room was spotless, very modern and comfortable, had an excellent shower, a great WiFi connection, and the hotel is extremely close to great amenities.

The room was decent sized, as was the bathroom with a great walk-in shower. Only down side with the shower was it didn't have a rubber mat & it was very slippy, which was a bit of a problem for my partner who has mobility issues although it certainly didn't deter him from using the great waterfall shower! Also, the lift not working wasn't great as we were on the top floor until the staff, who were lovely, moved us lower down. Other reviews mentioned the noise from the function room. There were parties on the two nights we stayed, but we didn't hear any noise at all

Pillows. Uncomfortable sofa bed - better to put a doubke bed in there and move wardrobe to corridor. Music till 1am on Fridays and Saturdays but it is not that loud when you are in your rooms as there are two firedoors. Fire alarm went off at 0.30 as someone smoking in their room - should be heavily fined.

The pillows are very bulky and actually disruptive to a good night's sleep There isn't a restaurant / room service or breakfast facilities .

We needed a hotel urgently because of a power cut . This was warm, with excellent chargers, comfortable beds, WiFi and hot showers.

Seemed to be newly refurbished very clean comfortable and nicely decorated bedrooms. Breakfast not included therefore found it a bit pricey for the area.

A dedicated line with which a member of staff can be RELIABLY reached if needed will definitely make a quite comfortable place even lovelier.

Very helpful staff. Can’t thank Kerry enough for coming through with an emergency alternative arrangement when Clydebank taxi service almost ruined the purpose of my visit in the first instance.

The noise, a wedding was on in the function room of the hotel which went on till late . However the hotel provided us with sleep sets (earplugs and sleep masks) who) I thought was a nice thoughtful touch

Everything was brand new / clean. Carpets, beds everything. The lady who looked after us was lovely and helpful.

Only thing that caught me by suprise was the room was a bit smaller than expected but nothing to warrant complaining let alone thinking about, if anything it was nice and cosy.

Function rooms on floor beneath room very noisy with parties on Friday and Saturday evenings until gone midnight.

Room was spacious and clean and the hotel was centrally located for our requirements.

Lift was not working and lots of stairs to room. It is above function suites and on the first night there was an 18th birthday.Quite noisy.

Nice and clean.We were able to get free parking.Room facilities were good.Lovely large shower.My daughter enjoyed the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom.Near smell Tesco and takeaway shops.
