You are charged to park, even after you'd paid to stay at the hotel. Strange smell in the corridor and rooms. Double bed was two singles with a noticeable gap between.

The outside looks so tired!! The pictures give an impression of a very modern and clean front but honestly, it could do with a lick of paint and general tidying up. The interior decor is also very dated, it felt like a bit of a time warp and I’d stepped back into a motel from the 90s. Which was odd as the room was very modern inside! Also, the bed was rock solid. It may have actually been more comfortable sleeping on the floor.

The interior of the hotel was tidy and the room was very clean and well presented. The restaurant was nice and breakfast was lovely!

The bed felt like a piece of concrete covered with cotton wool pads. Rock solid.

Really lovely staff, Gemma in particular went above and beyond to help us out. Hotel was clean and tidy. Free parking with plenty of spaces available. We did not eat at the hotel but the food menu looked reasonably priced and they offered room service.

My daughter left her glasses in our room we came back to the hotel for them they hadn't been logged and they are very unhelpful at the front desk. Ok the receptionists are young late teens or early 20s but the professionality isn't great. So daughter can't see properly because people couldn't be bothered to look in lost and found or housekeeping said they will call us we live in London

Breakfast was not good at all £12 per person for food that had sat for way too long under a heat lamp, the first day my husband asked for fresh bacon and this was accomadated, the second day he asked again to be told by the waitress that the chef said the rock hard stuff under the lamp was fine and that he would not make any more. It was inedible!!! Overall our party spent £96 over 2 days on breakfast. We have written a complaint email to the manager 5 days ago and have not had any response The advert states that there is parking on the first page it does not say that it is chargeable unless you click to look at all the facilities of the hotel, this is a bit misleading and cost £6 per day

It was clean, staff were polite except one particular MOS comfortable beds, nice complimentary toiletries.

Receptionist needs more training people approach etc

The carpet on the corridor dirty having a huge big white spot near to our room and a bit smelly. The receptionist from the day doesn't have people touch no matter how friendly and smiley you are you hit a cold ice wall maybe she should work a bit at people skills.

The room was situated close to the road junction by traffic lights and it can be very noisy. Also was woken up early due to the delivery vans. It's the second time we have stayed and I think the rooms we have had are the dog allocated rooms. However when visiting family we will still continue to stay at this Hotel.

Comfortable and clean bedroom. People like myself who have dietary needs were well catered for at breakfast. Everything is good value for the money.

It was to cold in the rooms even with the heater on it was still extremely cold I was literally shaking. Maybe you should check on that. And some of the staffs would literally just open my room door what I find very disrespectful.

The arrangement of the room was very nice and it was clean and the reception was very sweet and kind.

The buffet breakfast, whilst perfectly cooked, was luke warm at best and people walked past my room making a bit of a racket....even playing music on one occasion.

The hotel is very nice indeed and the staff were excellent and friendly, the room comfortable and the bar area excellent
