A beautiful apartment with the perfect location for a morning run and an easy walk into Harrogate. All the facilities and little touches were there, and the beds were comfy ! Would definitely stay again.

Parking was an issues larger vehicles badly parked blocked us in and we needed a 30 point turn to get out. Road noise in wet weather was quite bad in the lounge area

The property had not been cleaned when we got there and we weren’t informed. This was solved in three minutes after a phone call and the property was ready within two hours. We were also given a nice bottle of wine and some chocolates to apologise which was a very nice gesture.

Shower in main bathroom fosent drain well, so floods floor of wet room. Dryer door dosnt shut so unable to use, but used radiators to dry an emergency item.

We live in the countryside so we are used to it being dark outside, the wooden blinds in the bedroom didn't do a great job of keeping the light out from the adjacent properties which had lights on outside all night!

Facilities were great, coffee pods and tea were provided, decent sized bed in the en suite room, quiet location but near restaurants and pubs.

Would have liked the gate pillars to be lit with the house number on it, as difficult to find in dark. Car parking space was very tight for an average size car. Would have liked a shower rail/ curtain in the main bathroom. These are improvements which could be made but did not detract from our stay.

There was nothing that I found not to like about this place. It was my second stay at this apartment. If you are sensitive to noise. There is a school opposite the property. So, in the morning during drop of times, there is a little street noise from the young children going to school but that's about all. And, if you are sensitive to noise, as I am, then you can sleep in the back bedroom, as this is a two bedroom apartment. Other than that we found the place to be a nice and quiet location, and would book this apartment again!

Perfect central location, everything within easy reach, easy walk from the train station, shops, supermarket, cinema, eateries. Great to have a parking space included with the hire of this property. Property was clean and quiet. Kitchen well equipped. Apartment is on the top floor. Easy check-in experience and helpful instructions from the management team.

Being woken up early on the Saturday morning and being told to move my car due to workers excavating the drive way up to the parking area. This was with no prior warning and I had to find alternative parking for that day.

Lacking some basic touch ups - front door handle was faulty - doors didn’t fit properly into frames - wifi didn’t work, upon further investigation the extension lead had been unplugged in the bedroom so took some time on arrival to sort ourselves - there were not sufficient instructions on how to use the tumble dryer - the dishwasher button stuck - the back bedroom had a strong smell of damp - plaster found in smaller bedroom

Well furnished and modern, beds were comfortable and had plenty of space for 3 adults. Good location for Harrogate centre and parking space is a bonus. Reasonably priced in comparison to other options.

The apartment looks clean, but would need a thorough cleaning regularly. I would avoid soft furnishing like blankets that are d not clean after each customer.

The apartment is nice and cozy. Very well situated and has all that it is needed for a short stay.

It is on a busy road. Couldn't turn the heating up as it is controlled elsewhere via a smart meter so was a little cold. Informed agent but couldn't get anyone out until after we had left!. Charge for p&p (for my friends clothing that she left) was a bit excessive (£10 on top of actual cost) but at least they returned it

Apartment was very central with views over to the park.
