The bottom bed of the bunk bed was uncomfortable and extremely noisy, it creaked every time I moved.

I had mentioned that it was my daughter's birthday and when we arrived there were decorations and a cake. We really appreciated this touch. The Harry Potter theme was great, really added to our stay.

Lovely themed accommodation within 10-15 minutes driving distance from Warner Bros Studios. Ideal for young kids who love Harry Potter. Nice touches with Harry Potter memorabilia in each room Very clean with everything you need for an enjoyable stay Lovely sized rooms, comfortable beds with pull.out couches offering extra sleeping space for larger families. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The communication was great, with really fast responses to questions we had. They also gave a detailed message about the checking in/out process with information about the flat. It was comfortable, with plenty of room. The decor is amazing. They have really made the place magical, and the floating candles/projector really give the living room a cosy feel. So many little things to spot around the flat and the attention to detail was brilliant. The flat was clean and there was plenty of space. The parking on the front is really useful. The location is perfect, as we actually stayed there to go to a show in London and it was an easy drive to the city. The surrounding area is lovely, with a beautiful park close by and a quick walk to the town centre. We are actually planning to stay here again when we go to the harry potter studio tour. Overall, I would highly recommend this flat.

The mattresses could do with updating and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. But none of it mattered because the kids loved it!

We notified the hosts of an airborne nut allergy and they were great - even provided a gluten free, nut free cake to welcome us. House was super clean and all the little Harry Potter touches just made the stay. We had the films on it the background whilst we played the Harry Potter games. A perfect stay for our little Potterheads (especially as they thought we were staying at the Travel Lodge!)

Their was nothing not to like. Although the porch light was out so made it tricky to open the door in the dark. And maybe a new air freshener in the hall and little ones dotted around to combat the damp smell. But none of that impacted what was a great stay

Firstly, Chris and Maria are great hosts. Their communication is outstanding even before your stay. The parking space right out the front is great. The welcome biscuits were a great touch, as was the milk in the fridge. Everything was clean. There are towels and shampoo and conditioner if you forget yours. As a huge Harry Potter fan, the decor was amazing, and all of the little touches were fabulous. Would stay again as it's like a home away from home.

We only stayed one night - should have booked two. It was expensive for one night but the location and for what we got from it experience wise and memories it was definitely worth the money.

Apartment was a little damp but could be no one was in for a little while, just needed an airing. Some tiles in bathroom are cracked but didn't effect our use

We loved the theme of this apartment, you can see alot of effort went into to it. Location- close to town, park and shops. The communication from the hosts was perfect, they listened to our needs and helped as much as they could

The kids were in awe the second we entered the flat and they were excited to find the many different Harry Potter themed artifacts. A short walk to Watford Junction train station and Watford town centre, and a 6 minute drive to the Warner Brothers Tour. Great communication from the owners.

The themed house was a lovely surprise for my daughter and grandson. We were visiting Harry Potter studios and decided to make it special by adding an overnight stay. The wows, ooohs, and shouts of delight were well worth it.

We were there to celebrate my son’s 12th birthday, who is a HP fan. We arrived at the property after spending the day at the studio and my son (and his 2 friends) were beyond thrilled to be staying at the Harry Potter House. We were welcomed with a special cake and balloons on the house! Thank you Chris and Maria!!! We had the best time !
