The key didn't always work first time in the room door lock, the fridge was a bit small for juice and water bottles unless they were laid on their side.

The bed was comfortable coffee and tea were available and there was a small fridge, The sea views were good from the balcony. It was very quiet I only saw one other person during my stay. There were plenty of tourist leaflets.

The beds were old and needed a mattress topper or something to make them more comfortable. The bunk bed in the children's room had broken slats, so I had to reposition them so that the top bunk wouldnt fall through in the middle of the night.

The location was excellent with good access to public transportation and a spectacular view. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They were very understanding when our boat did not arrive when expected and thankfully didnt charge us for that nights accommodation

Parking is a challenge which requires planning and flexibility.

Decor is traditional gust house and a bit dated but suits the property.

Clean and comfortable room. Great location opposite sea water swimming pool and close to centre of St Helier. Friendly and helpful hosts. Good shower/tea and coffee making facilities and fridge. The bed and bedding were really comfortable

Beds were comfy, little dated but the room was clean. Was able to drop our bags earlier than the checking in time. We had a room with a balcony over looking the beach. lovely view. Great location near town.

The heater did not work but must say i was not cold. The bed was very comfortable and very warm.

We felt the interior could be updated. There was also a stale smell in the communal hall way. When we booked the property we thought it was breakfast included, which wasn't the case. However the owner Joe explained where we could get breakfast locally. But the owner and accommodation was good.

Entry pad to the guesthouse and lock to room could be improved. Would be good to have all the relevant information (eg door codes and wifi etc) in the room, maybe on a laminated card.

There was no breakfast, but room had a small fridge and we asked for bowls etc so did our own. Decor quite old fashioned.

Good sized room with large bathroom and patio area. Good daily room service, towels changed and tea etc restocked.
