We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe wardrobe back was missing and about to fall down no milk with tea and coffee the mat in bathroom was black toilet seat was broken underneath the current wasn't around the window the toilet holder was broken I would say the only good thing in the room was the TV the person who had it was friendly enough but think he needs to spend a bit of money on the place really fan was hold together with duck tape little heater in bedroom we never put it on cos no legs on it so just sitting on carpet

There was also a damp patch on the bedroom wall when reported got pushed a side and just told it was fresh paste that had been put on the wall .

United KingdomThis hotel is very dated. Cleanliness could definitely be improved. You can't complain for the price, but obviously improvements on the hotel itself could make this a very desirable place to stay. Limited parking was available, but it wasn't until a space became free. I think it's lovely that they're dog friendly. We're not dog owners ourselves, but there was a few on our stay
The staff were very accommodating, couldn't have asked for better. Very kind and friendly. They went above and beyond to wish my partner a happy birthday and to me that speaks volumes in terms of exceptional customer service. They even gave him a birthday card! 😊 The location is perfect if you're visiting Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Close to all amenities, pier and beach. Breakfast was fab considering it's included in the price. We originally booked for one night, but decided to stay a second. We didn't use the TV. Shower was passable. Kettle with tea and coffee in the room is a nice touch. We had a table and chairs in a bay window room, lovely to sit and watch the world pass you by with a cuppa in hand. Bed was acceptable comfiness. The room was a good size and temperature. There was a fan to cool us down if we required. For a budget hotel you can't go wrong, but don't expect The Ritz.

We were promised our money back as we didn’t stay but only ended up getting £3 back when we paid £93 for one night, the man was very nice so we trusted him. Outside at the back of the hotel there was rubbish everywhere, we walked through the dining room to get into the hotel and there was dirty plates and food on the table and it was 5pm in the afternoon, very disappointing and won’t book any hotel where OYO is involved.

United KingdomNeeds updating very worn and tired, needs a good clean. I mean this in a positive way not negative it could be and do amazing especially the location of the property. Need to put a sign in view of the public to see that it is dog friendly.
It allowed pets (dogs) which people who enjoy taking their pets on holiday. He owns his own dog names dora she was lovely, he is upgrading his hotel to a fully pet friendly hotel. The beaches and attractions were literally 2 mins walk from the hotel the room was a family room two doubles and single beds plus it was two rooms into the same room. Sea view. Cooked breakfast in the morning too. He and his wife were very welcoming and made a big fuss off the dogs.
