We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe hotel is very run down, with poor provision for breakfast. No buffet breakfast was available. No milk for the coffee or tea in the room and no water available. I had to go to the local supermarket for some breakfast supplies.

United KingdomThe reception staff were incredibly rude and unwelcoming. The stairs were the only way up to the rooms and it was clear many people had struggled with their luggage up these stairs. Upon arrival to my hotel room door the lock and handle was pretty much broken leaving me sceptical about the security of my belongings. Inside the room the light was hanging off the ceiling, the flooring had multiple holes in, incredibly cold, the bathroom sliding door would not shut, the extractor fan didn’t work and as for the bed… it was the worst mattress I’ve ever slept in. No movement whatsoever completely uncomfortable. Resembles a slab of concrete. Avoid

FranceMicrowaved or reheated burger in restaurant. Warm beer. Had to go down to ask for the electricity to be put back on as it tripped. Kettle did not work! Also, to plug the kettle in, you have no choice but to move the wardrobe. The bed was very hard, like sleeping on the floor.
The location and distance to the airport. The lady on the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. Free parking is available and very easy to access. Cheapest place around.

United KingdomThere was a hole punched in the door , the inside door handle held on by two screws , shower didn’t work , couldn’t fill kettle up as sink was tiny , only one pot of milk for apparently 3 people , window broke so was left open all night and as it’s a ground floor room in the midst of London is not very good at all Walls very very thin , had the noisiest family next door with the loudest kids , could hear every single word they spoke and it went on until gone 1 in the morning !!

United StatesNo elevator. Stairway narrow with a turn in middle. Room was clean but bathroom had a musty smell. Shower did not operate properly. Bathroom door knob and lock broken. One member of our family witnessed mouse in room. Advertised minutes from airport but bus dropped us several blocks from our hotel and we had to walk with luggage for 3 adults and 2 small children in the dark evening hours. Breakfast was extra charge which would have been okay except it was cold and mostly inedible.
Staff was friendly. Had a room large enough for family of five. There was bus service to the airport from in front of hotel between midnight and five am. (Unexpectedly no service to hotel from airport in evening). Hotel was quiet during our week night stay.

United KingdomPoor cleanliness, very cold as there was no access to heating in the room. Due to the cold, another guest asked for extra blankets which could not be provided as they weren't available. The light next to the bed, broke on touch, there were no bins to clean up after ourselves, the toilet would not flush unless forced. Three beds but only two power outlets to charge phones near the bed. If there were no staff at reception, there was no call button or bell to call a staff member. The beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable, the pillows were very soft and also uncomfortable
Great location, walking distance to the shops, staff were friendly. Went to London for a wedding, the location was close to the hall. Good on-site parking
