There were no information leaflet in room or around the hotel about dining facilities. Wanted to have lunch in the resort before leaving but it didn’t happen because unaware of what is on offer. Only brief info’s on website.

Drinks were very expensive and charged over £30 for 3 drinks,which I should have questioned on the night but didnt Thought breakfast room could have been a bit more organised when entering

Loft room with restricted headroom and I’m 6ft 2inches. Shower over bath tight for room. Bed too small for the standard of hotel. Very noisy pump on hot and cold water. The view would have been brilliant if only we could see it as the window was a small triangle quite high up which my wife struggled to look out of. No lift up to the second floor not easy getting suitcases up to room. Breakfast lacked choice. Food wasn’t replenished quickly enough and kept running out. Breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed as not enough of them. No decaffeinated tea bags.

Location rural and quiet. Good parking. Friendly reception staff.

The evening dinner was the best part of my stay, the food was very good, with polite friendly service. the setting and views are excellent.

Cleanliness in hotel room was not good. It was grubby, stains on the net curtains, hairs on the floor in the bathroom. Carpet needed a good hoover. Breakfast the following morning was a bit hit and miss. Orange juice was cheap and tasted horrible. Food was Luke warm and no breakfast tea bags had been put out

For the price we paid we were expecting it to be clean and comfortable. The pillows in the beds are too soft, may be choice of pillows should be available. The carpets on the corridors, is warn out and gives a look of unclean. The Spa is not value for money £20 per person is way too high for the facilities provided.

The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of parking space, great ground including the golf course. The staff are all friendly and helpful

Little dated in the room outside the bathroom, felt a bit Travelodgey. Could do with a refresher!

Nicely located out of the way, hotel was quiet for a mid-week stay - couldn't hear a lot of noise. Roms are proofed well and reasonsable amenities on the inside. Bathroom was good/modern.

We did not have any towels in our room. I spoke to a member of staff requesting towels for us to shower, yet none were received. This was disappointing considering I made a personal request to reception staff.

The location was idyllic. Spacious and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Lots to choose from. Bar and restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming.

The receptionist at check in was very unwelcoming and abrupt. Both lamps in the room did not work. Food prices were quite expensive.

Mix up with room entry cards after moving rooms due to running cistern. Ther Gyests tried to get into our room.Telephone to reception not working. Some maintenance required. No soap dish, only 1 glass. Bottle of water would have been nice.

The location was a little isolated and the postcode provided did not get me to you via sat nav. If I had arrived after dark I would have struggled to find the hotel / anyone local who could have assisted me. Overall, albeit only staying one night, there were no issues and we had s comfortable stay.

The pool was closed for refurbishment.

Hotel rooms had recently been refurbished so the room was nice and clean. Staff at breakfast were very friendly. Large, well-equipped gym.

The fire alarm going off at 2am took the shine of everything. Apparently, someone opened the fire exit.

Room not clean cobwebs and spiders clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. Also damaged walls and ceiling repairs evident. Stains on bed sheets. Constant sound of water running during the night. Breakfast, poor selection amd lack off. Not enough food out, lacknof staff meant unable to keep selection refilled. Note breakfast not that busy!
