The heating didn't seem to work properly, as the twin room was 5 degrees colder than the main room, and the towel rails never came on even when we followed the instructions.

Great to have space to spread out, well appointed, modern apartment. Had washing machine and dryer which were very useful. Fully stocked kitchen with crockery and utensils, with fridge and freezer. Great to see separated recycling, rubbish and compost.

Lovely big modern flat. Very clean. Very quiet (although we did visit at the weekend when the builders weren't working on the surrounding apartments). A perfect base as the walk into Bath is only short.

A very spacious apartment that was nice and close to the centre of Bath with parking. It was nice that there was an ensuite bathroom as well as a main bathroom. An ideal property for 4 people.

The bathtub of the main bathroom had an issue on water did not drain down quickly. Toilette cistern also took long for water to be filled up. Clothes dryer sometimes had water leaked to the floor. The walkway to the apartment was very dark at night. There should be a night lamp in front of the building at night.

The house facilities were excellent. The lay-out of living room, bed rooms and bathrooms was great. The apartment is on the ground floor which makes it very convenient for handling heavy luggages.

This is a great apartment which was very clean, comfortable and a fully equipped kitchen. Only a short walk from the town centre. Ideal to leave the car and enjoy the city.

the flat gets a little warm without the fans (which are provided) and there is construction work opposite the building at the moment.

it was modern and spacious with better than expected amenities. it’s very helpful for our overnight stay. it’s only a 10min walk from Bath centre. there is also a dedicated parking space.

the underfloor heating was great unfortunately we didn't manage to switch it off over night, opposite the flat is a building site at the moment which is noisy, train line runs close to the flat but noise from the train wasn't too bad

Only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Bath, the apartment had everything needed. Beds comfortable, bathrooms clean and a good selection of kitchen equipment. Would definitely recommend.

The kitchen supplies were a bit limited. Only 5 coffee cups and although 6 chairs, one was broken and not safe to sit on.

I liked the spaciousness of the apartment and the easy access, being on the ground floor. Well equipped with bath products, nice towels and tea, coffee and spices in the kitchen.
