There was nothing that we didn't like.

I liked how welcomed we was when we arrived. The staff were really lovely and the room we had was perfect for a two night stay. Perfect area aswell right round the corner from the pleasure Beach.

We where greeted by friendly,welcoming staff that made us feel very relaxed,we needed extra pillows and towels and they where seen to immediately with no problems,Adam and Ali where brilliant at accommodating our needs! Will definitely be back! This was an our second booking for the weekend as our original hotel was well below standard!

Could do with more storage other than that everything was perfect

The staff were absolutely amazing so kind and caring willing to go above and beyond for everything made me feel welcome 🤗 I come to Blackpool every holidays and some weekend so I come a lot and have stopped in so many hotels this is very basic could do with more storage however the staff and everything else outways any niggles I would 100% stay here again and again thank you so much for a fantastic stay see you soon ,😁

The room wasn't cleaned during the stay and tea coffee milk sugar not replenished and dirty cups had to be used 2 days so we had to ask.

When arrived we were greeted with a warm. Welcome. Lovely breakfast served and friendly service with a smile. Nothing was too much.

Room a wee bit tired but nothing a lick of paint wouldn’t sort out. Would have been nice to have a lamp but no biggy

Super near tram stop. Adam was lovely and couldn’t have done more to make our stay a pleasant one. Room in ground floor great with my mobility issues. Parking available a great extra. Shower lovely. Beds comfortable. Bar well stocked and reasonable prices

Above our room was a family that kept us awake every night banging and shouting moving furniture and running up and down stairs. It was such a shame as it was no fault of the hotel but literally ruined our stay .

We could've used another couple of pillows in our Beds,the motion sensor Toilet light was abit of a pain during the night any slight movement seem to set it off.... And the Breakfast was very limited however this was stated in all fairness...

5 minute walk to the Main Entrance of the Pleasure Beach,and FREE PARKING....

Room was very dated, clean but could have been cleaner. Toilet didn't flush properly. No hot water in the sink.

Room was really big, location was great with a tram stop at the top of the road. Pleasure beach was a 5 minute walk. For two nights with 3 kids it was great value for money and free parking.

Could do with a little more storage space in room for personal artefacts. Maybe a shelf by the mirror. Shower didn’t have much pressure but it was hot and spacious.

Staff were brilliant and so helpful. Rooms are warm. Beds comfy. And position in Blackpool is perfect for bpb. Free parking. Staff let us park early and leave late. Bar was a great addition Shower bathroom was huge by Blackpool standards You can get extra towels, pillows if you want. The tea and coffee pot was huge and didn’t need to ask for refil over 2 nights. Property secure. The renovations you can see are ongoing. And for the cost pp/pn? It’s amazing value. Rooms are clean. We had tv/kettle/full sized fridge.
