It'd be nice to have a more diverse breakfast.

Excellent location: tram to city centre (and direct to airport and railway station) just on the other side of the street. We had two rooms on different sides of the building: one was refurbished and the other was quite old. The two rooms were comfortable. The hotel offers exactly the level of service you can expect from this particular chain. Parking is available (in front of the hotel or in the mall as opposed), but you must pay additionally.

Location was excellent and very accessible for trams, local restaurants and shops. Staff were very friendly and professional and room was modern and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and always well stocked.

Lack of ventilation in the bathroom with subsequent mould issues. The lift was very slow.

There was plenty to choose from for breakfast. One thing I must mention, is that 'Sheila' worked tirelessly in keeping the dining clean and clear of breakfast dishes. The bed was very comfortable.

A bit far from the town center. But you had a good access of transport.

All hotels are at it these days but you already pay for the room but you also have to pay for onsite parking - get that people not staying could take advantage but surely by residents registering their vehicles At check in for duration would prevent that? I remember when it was free to residents but that was a while ago.

I didn't like the fact that I had to help myself at breakfast I prefer when I get served it makes it a bit more special. There was not much hanging space either. Ok just for a few days but any longer the room needs mor cupboard space. I could not find the hairdryer until the last day it was tucked away on a shelf that was not at all noticeable . The mattress was a bit hard too.

It was easy access for the city centre it was clean and tidy.

This is more of a heads up for anyone visiting from the USA - the rooms are much smaller than the holiday inn express rooms in the states. We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young children) - we had a room with a double bed and sofa bed. It was very cramped, with not a whole lot of room for luggage when the sofa bed is pulled out. The beds are also uncomfortable which is pretty standard for European hotel rooms.

We enjoyed the location. A very easy bus ride to old town. It’s close to a mall that has a play space in it, so if you have a young child who still needs to get some energy out, you have that option. Breakfast was decent - pretty standard for a holiday in. Room was clean. Staff were all very friendly - honestly, everyone we have spoken to in this country have been wonderful.

Ground floor rooms quite noisy. Parking quite pricey (hotel does offer a (small) discount). No option for cast to TV.

Comfortable beds, decent showers, nice location close to lots of food places and a shopping centre. Staff were polite and helpful.
