We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAttention to detail in room. Not enough stocked tea/coffee/milk options. No shower gel in bathing area, had 2 conditioners instead. I asked for a queen double room, which should have 2 beds as I was led to believe but it only had one. I am disabled and the room was quite far away from reception. I should have high lighted this prior to arrival however I do normally stay here regularly.

United KingdomI didn't like swimming pool area. Jacuzzi water looked dirty. There was a horrible smell in the changing rooms. Also they now charge to use the swimming facilities. If you're paying for a service you expect a good pool area. I felt you get a good service. Half the pool was out of use because of swimming lessons. I think the pool should be included in hotel price like most hotel.
I liked how comfy the beds were and the hotel itself is nice.

Nice big room and big twin beds. Big TV. The sauna, steam and jacuzzi was nice. The room and facilities were clean. Complimentary biscuits and chocolates. Friendly staff.

United KingdomThe quilt covers kept falling off the quilt which was annoying but minor and for our taste the quilt was much too thin , our counter was also a little sticky but other than that an amazing place to stay!
The facilities (sauna , steam room , pool and gym) were included in the price , the actual room it’s self was spacious and it didn’t feel cramped , we were able to stay in the room most of the days just relaxing , very friendly and welcoming staff which is an added bonus of course and an excellent range of teas in the hotel suite which is refreshing to see.

United KingdomWe booked through booking.com and their representation of the room and facilities are completely made up. We booked a queen room that should have come with a whole list of extras. This was booking.coms very over sell of the room we booked, in fact once in the room the bed was a standard double, there was no mini bar, no trouser press, robe, slippers, coffee machine, dvd player, the list goes on. I had paid for something the hotel don’t even offer. Yes on going to reception they gave us a room with a bigger bed and robe and slippers but that’s as good as it gets. The staff were lovely about it and said the description on bookings.com is not their description at all. Booking .com have made it up to make sales. I fell out of pocket, ripped off and let down. We went for breakfast and for £17 per person I expected better. The food was cold, the eggs so undercooked we couldn’t even consider eating them. Again the staff were very accommodating not that we made a fuss.
Was easy to find and staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, well kept and comfortable.
