Room facilities and breakfast were great and the staff were really friendly. We have stayed at this Hilton a few times and it is good that the customer service has remained consistently high.

The hotel had a pool/spa included on all the pictures and description. However, when we went down to use it we were charged £10 per person to use the facilities which was disappointing.

Excellent breakfast, plenty to choose from. The room was spacious and a good temperature. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we were looking for advice on places to eat. The main foyer had a lovely atmosphere.

Not the best place to leave by foot to the city centre or other areas since it’s near the highway, but it’s manageable.

The staff was very friendly, always smiling and tending to our needs very quickly. I would like to give kudos to Andrei at Whiskey Mist bar who was super kind on the day we arrived and even made suggestions of the places we should visit.

The fact you have to pay extra to use the pool. The hotel was excellent, but was not cheap and just thought having to pay extra to use a facility was a bit much.

Staff were excellent, in every department. Especially the girl on the front desk, Shannon was her name, she did everything she could to help us out and was really nice.

Hmmm…. I think the breakfast restaurant only opens on weekends.

The staff were all welcoming and made us feel at home. From the Night manager, Bob that kept checking on us from time to time to Abdul, a wonderful housekeeper that guided us to the central mosque to the fellow at the restaurant that helped with appropriate cutleries and serving plates to our room and the wonderful lady that guided us to a restaurant where the kids had nice pancakes and the one that aided the concierge to help with our luggage. I can’t remember them all The reception floor is superb 👌 Kudos to Hilton. With the Hilton Honours account, I’m now your fan anywhere I go in the www. 👊👊👊

Extra charges for using the pool £20 and car park (£15) which was not stated prior my reservation. (I don't like being in a no choice situation) No netflix access in the room. That came as a bad suprise and was a inconvenience for my family.

I think for the price a 10am checkout isn’t great, particularly when it’s a 4pm check in. I think pushing it back to 11am would be reasonable. Maybe we felt it much more because we stayed the night the clocks went forward so meant we were effectively checking out at 9am. The room temperature cannot go below 21.5 which was too warm for us. Would be great to have the option to lower the temp. We had wanted to get late night room service but the staff weren’t able to tell us dietary information without the chef there so I was unable to order as I have coeliacs.

Lovely building. Bed and bedding so comfy. Great in room facilities.

Bar prices very high, 2 Guinness 1 coke £17.70! Told food was on til 9.30pm only to be told they were doing no more food after 9.00?, we had just driven over 5 hrs to get there, all sorted thanks to “Just eat” arrived within 15min

The swimming pool assistance and pool desk staff lacked friendliness and were rude! Could be more polite when notifying us of something!
