United KingdomThe staff were lovely but there were not many of them doing many jobs. For a group of us there was one bar person at the Langton and no one seemed to be at the main bar. Also on check in money was taken for breakfast and again at check out?

United KingdomHotel needs a little refurbishment as some of the rooms, hallway could do with a spruce up - one of the doors in the hallway glass was smashed, bathroom bit tired and dated. The food in the hotel restaurant far exceeded our expectations bar the veggie bowl which was a bit lacklustre. We had originally planned to eat out but we’re glad we stopped in. All the staff in the hotel were super friendly and very helpful.

United KingdomBathroom old and fan noisy, pillows too soft, room cold, 4 bar power socket on wall. Coffee bar didn't look open, a bit understaffed? Lobby toilets didn't flush! Ladies changing room at living well a bit tired - woodlice and missing swimming costume dryer.
Big room, comfy matress, lots of space in lobby, pool warm and large,easy to find, lots of tea/coffee/milk in the room. Staff at reception, restaurant and bar nice. Staff at living well really helpful. Good choice in restaurant and portions huge! Breakfast very good.

United KingdomFirst they tried to sell me the room at a higher price, after showing them the booking.com price they agreed on that but charged me extra for car parking which I learnt later was free for who stays at the hotel. They apologized and told me that i already checked out so they can't refund. For customers who book via booking.com be careful.
