We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe long queue at Reception when I arrived. It took over 20 minutes to reach the desk. More staff needed. The internal phone line to Room Service was very poor, as I could hardly hear the staff member talk it was very feint. I had to ring twice, as the first staff member put the phone down on me after he asked me for my room number. Maybe he couldn't hear me either??? The Coffee/Tea mugs in the room were too small, but luckily I had brought my own mug, as this seems to be the case in a lot of Hotels.
Large, Comfortable & Clean Bedrooms. Very well sound proofed Bedrooms, even with planes flying overhead every few minutes, you couldn't hear them in the room. Very Tasty food. Great Location. Friendly Staff. Room Service was very quick. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

United KingdomI'm not a fan of buffet breakfasts, wasn't made aware if I could have had anything cooked instead, perhaps not even an option. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly though and there were plenty of other choices.
Staff at check-in were really friendly and helpful, straightforward with paying for the parking. The lobby area was big, clean and spacious. The rest of the hotel felt really clean and this extended to my room. Smoothie and chocolates in the room was a nice touch also. Unlike myself, I assume the majority of guests are travellers going via Heathrow Airport, this hotel would be a great start / finish to any holiday.

United KingdomThe Starbucks coffee shop is ridiculous - they charge £9 for a very small sandwich with minimal filling. I would be embarrassed to offer it for a friend for lunch.
Room was excellent and very comfortable - apart from lack of a toilet brush. When toilet was blocked overnight I had to resolve for myself (I'll spare you the details) because no other option. Very disappointing in a 4 star hotel. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

United KingdomNothing in the spa was working, only the steam room and pool but no jets. The lady at spa reception was very nice and helpful, big smile on her face all the time so well done. The restaurant, food was OK but back of house very noisy, can hear the kitchen trolley going back and forth and the Chef very loud. Service personel was nice.

The food portion in the restaurant was limited and overpriced for what I had..Salmon and chips plus 1 apple and mango drink ..around 28 pounds...far too expensive for what I got I'm my opinion although the meal tasted good.

JerseyThe stay would have been perfect had it not been for the fire alarm being activated at 0250 by someone attending the function that evening. According to the staff, this was due to smoking near an external sensor. We responded immediately by evacuating the building but we feel that WE SHOULD BE COMPENSATED for an avoidable, disturbed night. We didn't get back to sleep after a tiring long haul flight. I am sure that the Hilton made a lot of money out of the formal function but it isn't right that it should have been at the expense of our comfort.
The breakfast was the best we have had in a hotel in a long time. The staff are to be commended on the quality of the food, presentation, etc.... and it was hot! The dining room is clearly very well managed.
