The shuttle bus could be a bit more frequent and facilities are getting a bit tired (more so the lobby and corridors than rooms though)

Small room had table and chair but could not use it as lack of space. Plastic cups in the bathroom , not reusable.

Ideal location staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful.

The toilet did not stop filling and although addressed by the service team it started again through the night. Car Park very dark towards the back which was a little unnerving at 4am.

The plumbing in the bathroom was smelly, upon arrival and I entered the bathroom it would overwhelm me, so end up keeping the door closed and only quick shower or when needed.

Waiters, at the beginning weren’t really polite, but I guess We all can have one of those days, 2nd day they were friendlier, food was excellent, so kudos to the chefs. 3&4th day very friendly and helpful staff! Specially thanks to the waiter who used to live in U.S who got me brunch :D

Convenient to Stanstead Airport with shuttle pick up from the Airport and ride of 10 minutes or so - cost £4 each way from memory. Not close to anything else, certainly no views - but room was comfortable, there was a restaurant with okay meals. It did the job!

The food from the restaurant wasn't the greatest and not super cheap either.

Very easy to spend a night close to the airport. Pretty clean, facilities are decent and shuttle to the airport is pretty convenient.

Beautiful area and convenient bus service to Stansted Airport

The car park and hotel are owned independently, so we parked the car here and paid for the week, then took the very frequent (every 30 mins) and cheap (£4pp) shuttle to the airport for our holiday. Upon returning, we checked in for our quick overnight stay before heading home the next day. So much cheaper than booking an airport car park, and the hotel is perfectly acceptable for an overnight after a long flight. Breakfast was hot and fresh and sent us on our way refuelled.

Once out of the reception area, hotel is very tired looking. Corridors and rooms basic. Beds not overly comfortable, due to thin mattress. Stayed in better airport hotels, however, fully understand condition due to how busy it was. Would consider staying again if we were flying from Stansted again, but would probably try to find a flight from an alternative airport!

Great location for the airport. Could not complain about the full English breakfast - it was a great start to the day. Very modern 4☆ reception area.

Rather stressful finding a parking space in the dark. Finally had to use an overflow area that was rather rough ground. Made the transfer of luggage a little onerous.

Reception staff, room, breakfast area and breakfast staff all great. Location perfect.

I was only here for one night. Room was clean and had tea/coffee facilities. Excellent location as it was close to Stanstead airport. shuttle service running from 3am (costs 4 pounds). Friendly staff at reception.

Perfect location for Stanstead Airport. Left the car here for a week at a very reasonable rate, got the shuttle bus to the airport and back to the hotel on our return.

shuttle bus ceases earlier than other hotels . We arrived late and had to pay over £40 for taxi.

Concenient to airport. We had short overnight stay. finctional - nothing spectacular. Room had extra ancillary bed which we didn’t want. They changed our room after some orotestation.
