Two or 3 hairs noted on my bathroom floor - apart from that, the room facilities were very clean.

Bathroom didn’t seem up to Hilton doubletree standard. Pool area was really busy on the Sunday morning due to members of the public using the facilities

The lack of seating/loungers around the pool area. There was maybe 8 and it was very busy so if we weren't in the pool there wasn't really anywhere to relax. This would of been fine for a standard stay but as we had booked a spa experience we expected to be able to relax by the pool.

The room was big and comfortable, reception area and restaurant extremely clean and inviting. The staff could not do enough for you, very helpful and approachable.

The room had a connecting door to the room next door, with no soundproofing so there were constant issues with noise, which is very frustrating for an extended stay. Put families in those rooms, not solo work travellers who need to sleep. No fridge in the room is always a pain, again for extended stays when keeping some milk would be nice. The restaurant is very poor value, very expensive for not all that great meals, and the service is very poor. I don't want to pay double the price to get ignored by the staff.

The room was spacious and clean. TV was large and responsive. Room cleaning was regular and well done. Location very good for where I was working. Ladies on reception always very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking

Good corporate hotel with a large pool and leisure facilities. Staff were great and we had a lovely overnight stay. Had a nice meal in the restaurant, a nice choice of food and was good and hot. The leisure part had a lovely pool with 2 saunas & 2 steam rooms but there is lots of lockers but no proper changing rooms, you have to change in the middle of the room. Its easy to get on the motorway from the hotel and the hotel was clean & comfortable.

Wasn't told there was a kids food menu. Ended up ordering Macdonalds which didnt arrive. Her another table getting a meal of a kids menu, that's hiw we found out later there was one It was a birthday treat. Which would have been good if we could have all eaten together

We had adjoining rooms which were far too loud. We could hear the people next door talking to each other and that wasn't pleasant.

Room was great and extremely clean, bed was comfortable and. Made use of the pool facilities and these were nice too. Staff were excellent and extremely helpful. The food was great too, we had breakfast and dinner in the hotel and both were great.
