The walls in the rooms are paper thin so if you're a light sleeper, take ear plugs! The rooms are clean and tidy but quite dated. The disgusting toilet brush in the family changing room needed changing about 50 years ago.

All of the staff were really friendly. Great location and the included pool was fun for our 6 year old. We didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked busy. If you forget anything, Sainsbury's is a 5 minute drive.

As above The noise first night was disturbing sleep. Could do with soundproofing them. The restaurant wasn’t much vhoice of plain food and a lot of spicy food

Generally good overall The Rooms good . Shower was bit slippy as water went onto carpet outside bathroom. Bottles of shampoo body was empty. However we asked the following day and got given some.

Good breakfast with a wide range of options. Cooked English breakfast, cereals, bread and marmalade, selection of fruit, tea and coffee, continental breakfast option.

Overall the breakfast was lovely ... I would have liked ordinary marmalade the marmalade you offered contained Sorbitol and I can't eat that and pretty sure many others can't either .. Its a laxative Didn't like the radio blaring out on a Sunday morning. But staff were helpful and friendly.

The only snag was the range of food on the menu at the restaurant could be added with a pasta meal.

Loved the building and plenty of car parking spaces. The building was very spacious. The reception staff especially Sharon made us feel welcome, the staff at the bar were accommodating and helpful too. The swimming pool and area was clean and staff welcoming.

Staff very helpful as I wanted to add a special touch to room for fiancée birthday, I checked in before we both arrived to set up the room and when we both arrived the staff checked us in as if I hadn't been which made the surprise perfect.

This is not directed at this location only. And its just an observation. Why do they not have toilet brushes in the bedrooms

I loved the fact that they have an all-day menu, so no matter what time you arrive ( within reason) you have a high probability that you would be able to get something to eat. Varried menu. Lots of choice. Also catered vegan customers. I requested an omelette at breakfast, and this was made lovely . The ladies only sauna room located inside the changing room. The facilities are spotless The customer service level at this Branch is outstanding.

Wine served in bar is truly diabolical quality. I bought a large glass of Chardonnay to take to my room and it was akin to vinegar. Lack of lifts - I was on an upper floor and had heavy bags, no offer of help forthcoming.

well appointed room, very clean, great bed and linens. Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on quality of food and service. Lots of parking spaces available.

I found the hall ways very cold when walking around at evening time but that’s something very small I would highly recommend and will be staying again

I loved the food it’s was absolutely amazing , the breakfast the next moring was really lovely anything you wanted from a fry to a nice sweet treat, staff absolutely lovely. Room was perfect perfect for the price I paied.

Quite a long walk from reception to room, with lots of bags and no lift. No main light just several smaller lights/lamps. Noise from train line. Food was hit and miss. Garlic bread especially poor.

Nice big comfortable bed, spacious room, with sofa. Good shower.
