Neighbouring room very noisy, not the hotels fault and they dealt with this quickly for us

The food and drink was quite pricey, we found a pub about 5 mins away with a reasonably priced menu and drinks. The room was a distance away from the main reception and we had to trek up and down the stairs to get anywhere. The room could've been cleaner, the windows were difficult to open and the bathroom needed a freshen up.

Great location just off the roundabout, there was a big car park with plenty of parking, the lobby and reception area were very clean and airy and the bar area had plenty of seating. Staff were lovely and welcoming and very accomodating, we had breakfast there and it was really good. Room was a nice size. We would stay here again.

The cot wasn't in the room when we first arrived but we were early - not a problem.

Everything was good, the room was cleaned to a high standard and the food was good quality.

No elevator for buggy but this was not a big deal as only 4 stairs and staff offered to help No drinking water bottles in room No lotion etc in room, however shampoo,body wash and hand-wash were provided

Parking. There are enough spaces but not that close to the door.

Breakfast was good. Coffee at breakfast was ok but when I mentioned this to a member of staff they made a better one with a smile. Desk and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.

Room too far from reception and dining area. Long walk with the dog to get outside for her to wee and for me to walk with my stick. Bathroom too small, very cramped.

All very clean and well supplied with toiletries. Buffet breakfast good. Evening meals fair. Staff very helpful and friendly. Modern and well maintained.

Was a bit of a maze- long way to rooms. Also not very attractive building.

The bathroom was too small, and the covering face on the shower was missing. ot enough towels for guests. There were no tissues in the box, not enough cups for the number of guests. The key card in 1 of the rooms was not working,

It was a weekend stay for us and it was ideal and convenient, right on junction 25 on the M1 and close to where we wanted to be.

When you book a room and it says minibar, however, you only get two cans of Coke. Two bottles of water and a packet of crisp is really poor for the price. Do you pay. Toffee was under the TV unit however, there was no label to say this so I was unaware this was located in a cupboard as I don't use storage facilities as it's only a short stay . And Personal, I spoke to about the issue went above and beyond, rectify it and left a goodwill gesture once we returned that evening, so that was appreciated. .

Next year, I would've been coming to this hotel for 10 years the most that I like about the property is the location and the lounge area. Breakfast was amazing the chef can we do poached eggs well if in fact, the best I've had, but I would say if they could keep up with stocking the food quickly as there were times I had to wait long period between each item .

The room was quiet and comfortable . We did not eat there as it was Christmas and we spent all our time with family. I was delighted with the price I paid.
