Welcoming reception staff enabled a really early check in which was massively appreciated - and unexpected, as I asked for a left luggage facility and was in fact offered a room. Made a big difference to by day and stay.

The toilet in our room didn't flush well and it became blocked twice during our 7 night stay, though this was swiftly resolved each time. We had a child bed in our room which was very helpful but did lead to a fairly cramped room - something to be aware of. It is a busy hotel and there can be queues at breakfast. You can avoid this by choosing quieter times and there were signs advising what time are likely to be busiest. The main part of the room was not very well lit unless you were in bed using reading lamps.

Extremely clean and in a great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very little noise despite being central. Close to transport links and with plenty of places to eat nearby. Breakfast was very good. My son loved the little activity bag and being able to choose a "wish" from the bar. Problems were promptly resolved. When we arrived early and asked politely if we could leave our luggage somewhere we were able to check in several hours early.

Hotel location is excellent, just 2 min walk from a Tube station. The Hotel is clean,staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is good. Near the hotel there is a small shopping area with supermarkets and restaurants.

Room a but small for a family of 4 but there was space for all the luggage. Kids had to share a sofa bed which while comfortable was not ideal. Shower not detachable.

Location next to Russel Sq Tube and Piccadily line was great. Very clean rooms and hotel. Courteous helpful staff. Free luggage storage facility. Breakfast was great!

The location is great!! Very walkable neighborhood and lots of nice shops and pubs nearby. Right next to Russell Sq tube station and plenty of buses which I preferred as a tourist. Staff are very kind and friendly and helpful. Get the breakfast deal, but go eat before 8 and you won’t have to queue. Really everything was lovely, the only negative was our view of the rubbish buns outside but we booked on the later side. And we didn’t care that much.

Its not the hotel fault, but when we went, there were many guests, hence the breakfast was hectic and overpopulated. The staff did a fantastic job logistically.

The room was uncomfortably hot. Like, REALLY HOT. To the point of wedging open the door to the corridor to get air. We mentioned this to staff at reception who said that they would sort it out, but didn’t. Cannot stress enough just how bloody hot it was. PLEASE sort out the heating/aircon. Comfy beds but TERRIBLE night’s sleep. Sweating just thinking about that room! Hottest place on earth.

In the hotel lobby, the Al-Gazirah channel was shown on the television, which slanders the State of Israel and ignores the massacre committed by the damned Hamas Sad to stay in a hotel that allows an anti-Semitic channel to be broadcast 24 hours a day

The ceiling light bulb was out in the entrance to my room which meant I couldn’t see that well to dry my hair.

The location is great with Russell Square tube station just around the corner and just one stop down from Kings Cross station. Nice friendly staff all very helpful and pleasant. Nice clean room with a comfy bed and everything I needed for my stay. I would definitely stay again.
