You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomSome of the random buckets/rubbish left around the hotel and car park. Easily rectified by someone taking a walk around once in a while to tidy up.
We stayed here as a family with 2 kids (5 and 8 years old). Specifically booked the hotel as it had spa facilities for weekend away. We had a warm welcome from the receptionist lady, she even gave our kids little goodies pack which was a lovely gesture by the hotel! Pool is excellent, and we were lucky as very few people while we were there. Breakfast was lovely, good selection. Staff generally very friendly and attentive. Would certainly stay again and can recommend.

We were familiar with Holiday Inn from many years ago. Pleased to see same high standards. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and facilities very good and poolside well maintained.

United KingdomThere was no lift or elevator facility, unfortunately. Only one lift from the reception floor to the ground floor rooms was found. In the room, there was no fridge or shared ice-maker, which is essential for my daughters medicine.

United KingdomWe booked a room with what was described as a "LARGE" double bed but it wasn't. It was a standard double bed. However when we mentioned this to reception they changed the room for us which was kind of them.
Breakfast is very good. The room was clean and comfortable and the courtesy tray comprehensive. The staff are very friendly and if you have a dog, the grounds are extensive.
