We were lucky to get the last room which was for disabled people. Unfortunately there was a very loud noise coming from a fan outside (we were at the back of the hotel) which made it a bit hard to sleep and impossible to open the window. I phoned reception at midnight but nobody answered. Also there was no bath and the room was quite dark. The next day the receptionist rang to apologise and put us in a more expensive room for free, which was very kind of her. The new room was lovely, my only critisism is the water tasted bad, perhaps as it was in the old part of the hotel, but there was bottled water provided. Also the kettle made our tea taste bad for the first few cups so they must have cleaned it with some chemical and not rinsed it properly. Apart from that everything was great.

The room we stayed in and a considerable amount of damp/mould around the windows. Bathroom needs to be revamped as the bath panel was peeling and rust around the mirror

Bath was a little stiff to operate

I stayed with my 16 month old, just a day trip from London to explore the area, the Hotel was just a great location ro so so. The room was spacious enough to put some toys and room for my son to play. The bed was huge, so no need for a cot and it was very comfy. I really enjoyed the variety at breakfast with hot and cold choices, also liked the generous yet compact Kellogs boxes. There's nothing like a good morning coffee, and so good that that they served Starbucks as an option!. Staff were so accommodating and understanding, really helped me with the little one when I needed it, and generally so helpful. Looking forward to my next visit to Sittingbourne from London and would stay again!

Heating didn't work in the room, so with being so lean, I was very cold, with being mainly in my room until show day I had to really wrap up to stay warm. This is the only down side of the stay.

I was there for a bodybuilding show and had breakfast included with my room. We requested egg whites for breakfast and the chef was so accommodating and produced it in the morning. I couldn't have been happier with the level of service all staff gave.

Large, clean room, excellent breakfast. Staff at breakfast and housekeeping (who left friendly little notes wishing us a merry Christmas), in particular, were very friendly.

When we arrived at the hotel, we waited at the reception for almost 10 minutes before we asked one of the staffs that were just walking past us without even saying anything about who will be attending to us. He then went to look for the guy who then attended to us but no apologies what so ever for keeping us waiting.

It’s clean and just okay…most of the staffs were quite nice and welcoming.

Breakfast was the same for the 22 days I stayed here. Dinner service would randomly stop some days at 8 pm and other days at 9 pm, so you come down at 9 pm and there is no food service. The restaurants around that are delivered by Uber Eats are below average. No cutlery is provided if you order from outside even when the restaurant is closed. Someone at the reception helped me once with plastic cutlery which was good. Getting a taxi to the Sittingbourne station was hit or miss with taxis not available most times. Though it's only a 20 mins walk or a 5 mins walk to the Bus Stop.

The bed and pillows were good and gave me a good night's sleep over the 22 days I stayed here. The room was spacious and central cooling/heating was good. The dinner menu was excellent and has the best food compared to most of the restaurants around. The staff was friendly and mostly professional, especially the new staff/interns at the reception.

Bedroom was not cosy and warm. The wall temperature device was not effective in warming up the room from a ceiling vent.the all round glass bathroom door was clunking when in and out. It needs adjusting.No drawers for items.

We didn’t have any coffee making facilities in the morning for breakfast. First day but we were told that the machine on the mez floor worked if needed. I have walking difficulties so not possible.
