The room was very small. I had to ask for toilet paper. The croissant at breakfast had been microwaved to death so it was burned and solid inside. However the lady who prepared the food was friendly.

I like the location. It was easy to find. The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable.

The planes fly right overhead so there is a fair bit of noise but not at night.

This a few minutes walk from Hounslow Central tube which is a couple of stops from Heathrow so perfect for an overnight stay before an early flight. Well appointed room, good WiFi.

Rooms are a bit small but for one person its perfect.

Second stay there..Very friendly front desk staff and attentive. Tea and coffee in the room with everything you need. Including water bottles. Comfortable bed, clean room and clean bathroom. Very easy to get to Heathrow within 15 to 18 minutes by the tube. Would stay here again for sure.

nice hotel in an historic mansion well renovated with style in and outside, without smells or odors, central to shopping street, tube and Heathrow airport. heating was adjustable and worked in the room and bathroom, sink with a plug, its a nice rarity nowadays , kettle tea coffee and biscuits was a nice topping on a cake, will stay again when I need again.

Upon entering the room I noticed a rather musty smell, so I had to open the windows to clear that. The bed was comfy enough (though we could have done with extra pillows), and the bathroom was clean. However, the shower taps seemed to be trapped in the scaldingly-hot and only-handheld positions, and were jammed that way so I couldn't comfortably shower. Lastly, the breakfast is listed as included here on booking.com, but I was informed on arrival that if we wanted breakfast it would be an additional near 15 quid each, so we declined.

The location was great, it was comfortable enough and it was a good budget option, especially as a last-minute choice.

I did not mind, but the room was quite small and you could not completely open up the bathroom door. Larger people might have problems with that. Weather was decent, but I did not notice any air conditioning. There was a fan supplied, which was a nice touch.

Check-in was very easy. In the room had everything I needed for a quick overnight stay including a hot water, kettle, and some coffee. Even a biscuit. They were decent toiletries in the bathroom and plenty of towels. A four minute walk from the train station, which was a seven minute ride to Heathrow.

Very small room. Barely enough room to get passed the bed. Fire alarm going off at 7am!!

Parking available it says but this is 300m down the road in the back of someones garden. It is locked at night and so probably OK but the main thing is it's not on site. It said £10 for parking but then when I arrived they said it was £20 as it was the weekend!! Naughty.

When I arrived, the hotel didn't have my room ready and then the manager told me he had been offered more for the deluxe room I was booked into by another customer and the hotel was fully booked. He literally tried to get me to pay more for the deluxe room I had booked but when he realised I wasn't going to agree said that it was fine he could give me the room I had booked. I am unsure what exactly went on then, I can only guess, but he sent a member of staff to get my room ready which I'm sure the cleaners would normally prepare earlier in the day.... The room was too small for the bed and you could hardly get into the bathroom as the door hit the bed when it was about a third of the way open. For a property with a score of 8, I felt that the room was just a touch grubby, and that the cleaners could have done a bit better. The shower tray had a few hairs on the floor and the toilet seat had a long black hair on it, not the best sign. For this hotel to be an 8, the integrity of the staff needs addressing and the cleanliness needs to take a small but needed step up. Of course my opinion is only based on one nights stay. The messing around with the rooms could have caused the cleaning issue and the guy on reception may have just had an off night and made a bad call.

The room was modern but a little small for a double. The decorations were tasteful but everything just felt not quite sparkle clean. The bathroom was nice but because the room was too small for a double bed you had to squeeze in sideways through the door...

The only aspect stopping a 10/10 was trying to sleep. I was in room 2 which I believe is by the door to the garden area and also en route to the kitchen. It was noisy until about half midnight. The room door need to be upgraded and made sound proof. The blinds could also be improved - Light still comes in from outside from lighting.

Very helpful ahead of time when I called re parking Excellent staff - By far the friendliest staff I have experienced and I travel with work often. From check-in, to accessing my room through to breakfast and checkout. The breakfast was quick and tasted great, the team who cooked it and waited on me were great Big rooms, huge bed. Very good room.

Discription of room size was a little vague. Would be useful to know which bus or tube station to exit at when entering Hounslow from airport. I exited at Hounslow east which meant a long walk. If I had exited at Hounslow Central it would have been only two city blocks. Putting these instructions in literature would be helpful

Location was perfect for my needs. Did not avail myself of food or bar. Munsi and Gary, in particular were very friendly and helpful.
